Enjoy this beautifully decorated and air conditioned home in one of the area’s most sought after locations close to Vanderbilt beach (1.4 miles) and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park beach (1 mile) and the very popular Mercato shopping complex (2 miles). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Enter the spacious, open-concept floorpan and immediately unwind for a relaxing vacation. This beach community retreat is a delight at every turn with all-new furniture, paint, flooring, (5) flat screen TVs and complimentary wifi throughout. The fully-appointed kitchen is the showplace of the living area featuring award-winning designer cabinetry, top of the line appliances, quartz countertops and a separate bar station with wine fridge for entertaining. The adjacent family room features a comfortable sectional sofa and 65" TV. The dining area seats 4 at the round top table with additional seating for 4 at the counter. Your eyes are immediately drawn through the sliding doors out to the cozy seating space on the lanai with 42" flat TV and then on to a wonderful screened outdoor space with ample patio furniture for lounging by the solar heated salt water Nassau pool and cooking on the grill. Washing and drying isn't a chore in the separate laundry room. The spacious master features a king bed, private en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 50" flat screen TV. A lovely and bright second bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with queen bed and flat screen TV. In the third bedroom, kids will love the bunk bed with double bed below, twin bed above and pull-out twin size trundle. The second full bath is conveniently located in between. Enjoy quiet time or catch up on your favorite TV shows in the sitting area just off the front entry with sectional sofa and 42" flat screen TV with Xbox gaming console. A selection of beach toys and accessories is available in the two car garage for all guests to use.

Everything was wonderful. Lots of space and a well-equipped kitchen. The Master beds were extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to use the beach chairs and the umbrellas since we came by plane and could not bring anything. The location is conveniently located between beach and shopping opportunities. We loved the proximity to the beach and took two hour walks every (early) morning along the empty Vanderbilt Beach. We especially enjoyed the overall interior design! Thank you!

This place established a new standard for vacation rentals. The house has great finishes, is spotless and had all we needed and more, especially with the beach items. Our kids loved the pool. We don’t need to look for any other place to stay when in Naples.

Great for Family

This house is just as the pictures show but bigger. The rooms are very spacious. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We had everything we needed for a get-a-way and of course the pool was fantastic. We would definitely be back.

PERFECT! Family of 6 had the best time!

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, our family was absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The pool was warm and impeccably clean, and the home itself is beautifully designed—both inviting and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax together or spread out when needed. The beach amenities included everything we could have asked for. I rarely say I’d return to a short-term rental, but I’ve already checked the availability of this home for next year.

This rental was spectacular! Could not have asked for more! We will be staying in the future.

Ellen responded quickly to any questions. The house was spacious and decor was tasteful. There were books, games, bikes, beach equipment …..nothing was left out. We felt comfortable and it was clean! Lots of sitting space and loved the pool. Great area!

Very well appointed property in a good location. Best of the many VRBO properties we've used in terms of amenities (pool, bicycles, beach toys and gear, kitchen accessories, entertainment, etc.). Recently renovated and comfortable furniture. Definitely worth considering.

We truly enjoyed our stay during the first 12 days. The house had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.We did have some issues with the pool filter which was very loud at 5 AM for several days until it was replaced.Unfortunately, on the Saturday evening before departure, the house next to ours ( also a rented vacation home) was occupied by partiers playing loud music until 2 AM, which lead to a call to the Sheriff's office. The following evening, different occupants allowed their children to scream at midnight while playing in their pool. This also lead to a Sherriff's call. That certainly put a damper on the vacation.

Great getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect and we used it every day. Even though this was a Florida staycation for us, we forgot beach stuff! Luckily, they had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ellen was very responsive to the couple questions we had. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay here again.

Great Vacation Home!

The owner has thought of everything that you would want or need in this beautiful vacation home. Everything is very high quality, clean and low maintenance. The pool could have been warmer but got better once the air temperature got warmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house which is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Great Holliday House!! Close to beach shopping and restaurants.

The property was great. The layout was perfect for families and entertaining. Comfortable beds lots of separated seating just a lot of thought in the design. We would definitely rent again. Location was great beach was close and everything for beach for your convenience. Lots of shopping and restaurants wish we stayed longer. We stayed at the end of April which was nice because the spring breakers were gone and the weather was gorgeous. Everything was 10 or 15 minutes away. Nice, nice spot.
