Start the day with a relaxing breakfast in the sunlit backyard, freshen-up with a refreshing bath and hit the Neuse River Trail. After an active day out, relax by the pool, watch 4k movies, listen to music, or simply have family fun with some board games.

We designed the space with your comfort in mind.

A good day starts with a great night sleep so we splurged on the beds; sateen luxury bed sheets made of 100% Egyptian cotton, goose down and feather comforters, a king-size bed in the master bedroom (on the first floor) and a queen in each additional bedroom (located on the 2nd floor). This is the perfect setup to start each day refreshed.

The living room features a modern oversized sectional sofa and a recliner in a stylish space, perfect to enjoy movies in 4k from the most popular streaming networks (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video).

Take advantage of the southern weather with the outdoor sitting area; enjoy your coffee, tea or a good book. This is the perfect spot for a sun-filled relaxing escape.

Do you feel like swimming? No problem, the pool is there for you to enjoy (open summers only). You can even get to the Neuse River to go Kayaking or explore the 38 miles long trail walking, running or biking (kayaks and bikes not provided).

The location was perfect for our stay in Raleigh. The owner was excellent with communication and we were able to check into the home very easily. We will be in the area often over the next year and will definitely use this home if it’s available.

The place and the host were very decent. No issues everything worked out as described and as planned! Host was very quick to respond! Also, checked in to make sure all was well on our 2nd day!

This was a great place for our family’s weeklong stay

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and comfortable, and had a lot of nice touches. One discrepancy we did note was that a hot tub was listed in the description. While we found the pool easily, we never found the hot tub. I suspect that it may have been removed from the pool area. No issues otherwise. If we’re in the area again, we’ll seek this place out for a great stay!

Entry lock

We had a problem with unlocking the door every evening when we came to the town house. There was a keypad that is the same as my daughter has on her house. So it wasn’t that I was unfamiliar using the keypad. The 1st night I called her number multiple times before she answered. She reset the code and stated it should work. It did not. This happened on the next 2 nights we were there. I had a friend watch to make sure all numbers were entered correctly. If the lock worked correctly I would have rated 5stard on everything. It was a perfect location for where we were visiting.

OUR WORST HOUSE RENTAL EVER!

Starting before we checked in, I received a message from the manager of this property. I was told that the previous guests left the place a mess, and they needed to do extra cleaning. We didn't mind, since we were flying in, we decided to go to Walmart for our week long needs. When we arrived and checked in at 7:00pm, we were immediately hit by a POWERFUL smell of marijuana. So strong, that we knew if we stayed in the house, our clothing would smell of it. I messaged the property manager, and she confirmed that they were aware of the smell, but because of the previous renters leaving the place a mess, they didn't have the proper tine to work on the smell. The property manager came to the house to bring machines that are meant to rid the place of smell, but, with these machines running, we were not allowed to stay in the house. THANK GOD we have friends in the area that put us up for the night. The manager or owner of the property offered no other options! Anyway.... while there, I mentioned to the property manager that in addition to the smell, the cleaning of the house was not at all acceptable. There was gum (relatively fresh) stuck to the handrail on the stairs. There were bootprints on the walls. There was a dirty sock in the couch along with USED tissues. Adding to all of this, there were wet towels and mens underwear left in washing machine. HORRIBLE marijuana smell, dirty EVERYWHERE, broken washing machine and sink disposal. I RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO NOBODY. EVER!
