Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place. Have been wanting to check it out. Good location. Was very cold and windy, but we still enjoyed "looking at the water" and driving around to see other sites. Rest of time, just relaxed and visited with our friends that came with us!

Overall we were very pleased with the condo. Good location and cleanliness. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star was the side yard. We picked this place because we had our dogs with us and the yard was one of our requirements. The rocks in the yard were so sharp that our dogs refused to walk on it and we ended up having to walk them instead.

This was our third visit to Village by the Beach w/ Padre Escapes. Our unit was just as stated, clean and ready for us. There was plenty of space for grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 2 boys 13 and 9.Pools were great and we loved being so close to the beach.We had a small hiccup when we got locked out of the condo, but with a couple of phone calls, since it was Sunday night we had a response in about 15 minutes and all was good.We can't wait for our next trip!

Great Location & Amenities - Would Stay Again!

Premier Gulf's 'Bondi Beach' property was a great place to stay! Very walkable to the beach and easy to access by car as well. Ample bedroom space for everyone and living area was well furnished and updated. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and even provided a highchair and baby gate for us at no extra charge! My only critique is that there were a few dust spots in some of the less-er touched areas/corners, but otherwise it was very clean and well-kept! I would stay here again.

4 weekday stay

Just off the beach as advertised. The place was great and the 3rd bathroom was convenient for our group of five. The kitchen and living area is upstairs (common for the island). The only issues were that we didn’t get the check in instructions until 10 minutes after check in time. We had a 5pm engagement across town which made it hard to make on time.Also, bring bug spray or the mosquitoes will eat you alive (another island problem). Otherwise, a very nice and relaxing stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good location and clean and with 3 full bathrooms it made showering after beach time easy with a family of 4. The appliances are older and could be felt in their usage. For example, the dryer took forever to dry the load of laundry that we did and the refrigerator seems to be on its way out. When we first arrived we had a hard time getting in the door, but with the helpful rental staff just a phone call away it was our user error and we got right in. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Smokers have used this place in the past, lingering smell but not overpowering. No place to set anything in the entry except on floor. Kitchen & family area upstairs, unusual. Three bathrooms was excellent, kitchen excellent. Faucet near front door to rinse sand before entry helped a lot. Text information for entering property was received 10 minutes late (after check in time). If we needed the trundle bed located under the bunk bed in the front bedroom, it would have been impossible to walk in that room. The bunk bed upper rail needs repair due to a disconnected bolt. The exterior security light next to the front entry shines into the front bedroom window all night and cannot be turned off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good, but there were things broken in our rooms (beds, holes in walls, shower curtains falling, etc.). Maintenance did not seem to make it a priority to fix our broken items. I stressed the bed being broken over the phone 3 times and they said they might get to it.. I told them we could not sleep there as it is broken and then they finally said they would send a maintenance person over to take a look at it. The kitchen was on the top floor which is stated in the listing, but we were still shocked at the layout every day. Overall, everyone slept really well and comfortable. AC was nice and cold the whole time. Access to the beach was easy and the pool was fun!
