Each home enjoys shared access to a resort-style pool, hot/cold jacuzzi tub, an outdoor fireplace, and a spacious grilling area—ideal for gathering after a day on the water or exploring town. Expansive terraces and private rooftop decks invite slow mornings with sunrise coffee and evenings spent watching the sky change color at sunset.
Altamira feels like a secluded oasis, yet it’s just a ten-minute walk to South Beach and nearby restaurants. Rent a single home for family or friends, or reserve the entire property for a reunion, retreat, or group getaway—where privacy, views, and connection come together effortlessly.

Altamira #1 is super cozy, with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

Ground Floor: The first floor has 2 bedrooms, both with terraces and fabulous views of Cerralvo Island. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a large shower and built-in closet. The second bedroom is extra-large with 2 queen beds and private bathroom with a large shower and built-in closet. The ground floor also has an outdoor hot/cold shower.

Second Floor: The second floor has a large bedroom with a built-in desk, a king bed, private balcony, private bathroom with double sinks, large shower and a built-in closet. The second floor has an open floor plan living space. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare any meal, any time with a gas range and full-size refrigerator. The living room has a comfy sofa with ottoman and 2 leather chairs and a large family-size dining table.

Third Floor: A huge rooftop patio that affords a spectacular 360 degree views and is a great spot to watch the Baja sunrises & sunsets and the stars at night.

This home has dedicated fiber optic internet service with excellent speeds.
