The Space:

You start the day with coffee at the kitchen counter, plans still loose, knowing there is plenty of room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Whether you are gathering after a day out or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, the space invites you to slow down and feel at home.
The space
This entire rental unit is located on the first floor and offers a layout designed for shared stays without feeling crowded. The living area is generous enough for the whole group to relax together, with a nearby dining area for sit-down meals and a breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen. Just off the living space, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The unit features four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom has access to its own full bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience for families or groups traveling together. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided to help you settle in with ease.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals during your stay. With ample counter space and a functional layout, it works well for quick breakfasts, shared dinners, or anything in between. The adjacent dining areas make it easy to gather and reconnect over meals.
Comfort and everyday essentials
Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, making longer stays more convenient. WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or school needs, while a TV offers easy downtime entertainment.
Outdoor and shared amenities
Guests have access to community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. These shared spaces add variety to your stay while keeping the unit itself peaceful and uncluttered.

The property sits within a short drive of several local attractions. The University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks are all easily accessible, making this a practical home base for exploring the area.

This space is well-suited for families, groups of friends, and longer stays. It is pet-friendly and allows long-term stays of 28 days or more. With self check-in via smart lock and free parking on premises, arrival and daily comings and goings are simple and stress-free.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
