the garage was not accessible and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs and then back down to the bedrooms and we are all in our 60s. The ice maker was only making a couple of cubes a day had to go out and buy bags of ice. The pool area when we arrived and where we hang our clothes had poop all over and someone did come out to clean it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Villa Korsou. We appreciate you choosing our property. The villa is located in a beautiful natural setting, and while this offers stunning views, wildlife such as iguanas may occasionally visit the pool area. We’re glad our team was able to promptly assist with cleaning. The ice maker is part of a standard household refrigerator and is provided as a complimentary amenity. It is not designed to produce large quantities of ice, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. The garage serves as a private storage area and is not accessible to guests, as outlined in the property listing. As a private vacation home, the villa does not offer hotel-style amenities such as elevators or concierge services. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for staying with us.
