Two bedrooms with their own en-suite baths. Gourmet kitchen with all essentials, washer and dryer. Two free parking spaces at door. Amazing bath amenities. Local great restaurants…Albasha Greek, Stabs, Gino’s, Mansur’s On The Blvd., Ruth Chris. Perkins Rowe, Towne Center & Mall are only a 5 minute drive away with a theatre & quite a bit of shopping. Our famous LSU stadium is only 10 minutes away. We also have L’auberge Casino about 15 minutes away. Metro Airport only 20 minutes away. There is so much to do in this very inviting area of Baton Rouge!.

You will be given a code before arriving for easy access.

This neighborhood is near Bluebonnet and just 5 minutes away from The Mall of LA, Perkins Rowe and many 5 star restaurants. Only 10 miles to LSU. Very quiet small complex off Jefferson Hwy. Top Plantations like Houmas House and Oak Alley are a short drive away. Only 1 hour to the French Quarter in New Orleans.
The area is very quiet off the main road which is a little hidden. You will also have two private parking spaces right outside my front door. There are many coffee shops and grocery stores just minutes away. This is definitely a prime location for easy access around the city of Baton Rouge.
