There is so much to walk to on the boardwalk you may barely need a car. There is a dedicated bus/bike loan on coastal highway.
If you prefer to explore other parts of town, the Ocean City Bus Operates 6 am to 3am in Peak season (May 24-Sept 15th), and 6 am -1/2 am in the winter & fall.
If you prefer to explore areas off coastal highway, you can drive or take an Uber.

OUTDOOR POOL/AMENITIES: Outdoor pool is open seasonally and is open subject to management of Belmont Towers. Sonny Stays is not responsible for unexpected closings, but will communicate any information as soon as its received. The same goes true for availability of other building amenities.
PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.
--ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a possible security deposit.
--IDENTITY CHECK: Guests will be required to submit ID and take a selfie to verify ID. This must be complete before checkin instructions are provided
--RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present on the door of the unit. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.
--RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code.
--NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS: No refunds, credits or cancellation exceptions will be issued outside of the standard cancellation policy due to weather conditions or other personal unforeseen circumstances. Please consider purchasing travel insurance if this is a concern.
-SECURITY HOLD: Must be scheduled on a credit card before reservation is finalized. This is just a preauthorization. It is typically $250, but it can rise to $500 among certain times of year such as Bike Week. Please reach out with any questions.
--MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance. In an emergency situation, advance notice might be limited in order to rectify the situation.
--Please note given the exposure of the unit, it can get slightly warm in the afternoon in the living room and on the balconies.
UNIT CAPACITY: While the unit has a capacity for up to 10, the ideal capacity is 6-8 people. There are 6 dining room spots, 2 island spots.
BUNKBEDS: The lower level bunkbeds may not be suitable for medium to tall adults due to the space between the 2 beds.
PROXIMITY TO BOARDWALK: This Unit is directly on the boardwalk and in downtown ocean city. The location of this unit is typically shielded from noise, however this cannot be guaranteed based on the downtown location of this building
DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
COMFORTERS: May be different than what appears in the photos due to laundry cycles

The Belmont Towers condo had a few positive features, including two dedicated parking spaces, a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area, and a responsive host. Unfortunately, the property itself fell far short of expectations. The listing states it accommodates up to 10 guests, yet there are only six beds, requiring most guests to share. The dining table also seats only eight people.The most significant issue was cleanliness. The master bedroom bedding appeared unwashed, with stained, heavily pilled blankets and visibly dirty pillow shams. Under the living room furniture, we found dirt, debris, and what appeared to be dried soda residue.The master bathroom shower contained a brown, sticky substance that adhered to our feet and was tracked onto the bathroom floor and even the door. The showerhead was also in poor condition, with only a few nozzles functioning properly.The towels were thin, worn, and some appeared to have cigarette burn holes. Only one towel per guest was provided. The sheets were rough and uncomfortable, especially after a day in the sun.Beach access was also less convenient than expected, requiring a walk around the building, across the boardwalk, and a “considerable distance” to the shoreline. I would highly recommend a wagon. The layout, parking, and host were definite highlights of our stay. However, major concerns with cleanliness, worn linens, and maintenance issues outweighed those positives, making this condo one we would not choose again.

The sleeping arrangements, dining seating, and location of the property relative to the beach are all clearly disclosed in the listing. We specifically note that while the condo can accommodate up to 10 guests, it is generally best suited for 6-8 guests and may not be ideal for 10 adults.
Regarding the shower, we inspected it after your stay and confirmed it was functioning properly. The showerhead has multiple settings that affect water flow, and we would have been happy to assist had we been made aware of any concerns during your stay.
We take cleanliness seriously and reviewed the concerns you raised with our cleaning team. We also continue to replace linens, towels, and other items as needed to keep the property in good condition.
While we respect your opinion, we wish these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them at the time. We also note that your experience differs significantly from the vast majority of feedback we have received from guests at this property over the years, which is why we would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate and address these concerns while you were in residence.
My mom and her best friend (for 70+ years) celebrated their 75th birthdays together (they are 2 weeks apart) with their grown kids! Condo was great! Location perfect. Exactly what we were looking for! We’re definitely staying here again.

Very nice apartment right on the boardwalk. Fairly quiet at night but still right there. Host was incredibly responsive and gave easy to follow instructions. Parking was spectacular. Could use more towels but that is minor and you can bring them yourself if you want more. Everything is as listed and we had a nice stay. Thank you.

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is directly on the boardwalk near all all the famous Ocean City attractions. You can walk directly to the beach and the the boardwalk is directly outside the building with access to everything you would hope to visit without having to get back in your car.
This property is also conveniently located directly over the bridge from Western Ocean City, where you can visit additional, shops, restaurants, and outlet stores.
What makes this property unique
Belmont Towers is one of the newest Ocean City buildings. While most of the Ocean City buildings were constructed in the 1970's, this building recently opened in 2008.
This particularly property has some of the best views in the building as you can see the bay and Ocean simultaneously from the living room.
In addition, this property has large sized balconies accessible from both the living room and the bedrooms.
You'll find the property is well equipped for all your needs to make you feel like home while you're on vacation.
