Great river floating location!

We rented 3 condos in this complex for a big group of friends and family who went floating. It was a lot of fun! The location was perfect next to a gas station and places to eat. When it came time to float, the walk wasn't far at all. The location was clean and had everything that we needed. It was easy to get in and out as well.

Nice place

Overall, it’s a nice one bedroom apartment. Location was excellent for everything we got to enjoy (tubing, Schlitterbahn, etc). Bring your own pans to cook with because the non stick ones that are available are quite scratched up. So we bought our own griddle and utensils for cooking with. The washer is small but works fine if you do small loads. We enjoyed our stay.

Did not enjoy my stay positive - location and early check in is possible if available, parking is greatnegative - smell, big wasp nest above entrance door, bed/mattress old, no tubes in the unit ( I originally chose this unit because it included 4 tubes) , walls are very thin and we had loud neighbors, it is not the host fault just be prepared

Kate was on call during your stay and responded right away to your message sent via the VRBO app regarding the missing tubes. She offered to have some delivered, but we didn’t receive a reply—and unfortunately, the weather was not ideal with rain and flooding in the area during that time. We also appreciate you bringing the wasp nest to our attention. Our maintenance team has since removed it. In the future, please don’t hesitate to notify us while you're at the condo—issues like these can often be resolved the same day. We’re sorry to hear that the neighboring guests were loud. While we can’t control others’ behavior, we’re happy to intervene or assist whenever possible if we're made aware during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances and provide the experience you were hoping for.

I booked becaude the included tubes but we ended up purchasing rentals since there were no bottoms on the tube anyway. The neighbors were really rowdy out first night. Other than that it was cozy.

Great property and very clean

The property was very clean and a nice quiet area. The unit had a few odd design quirks though...for instance not being able to open the silverware drawer without opening the oven door first LOL! Also, the glass shower door opened to the toilet bowel so had to be very careful! Other than that, it was great!
