Great property in a great location, it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The living area, which is open to the kitchen had plenty of seating for our family and guest. I would recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

Very nice property located in historic old town with sand streets. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and to beach on the supplied golf cart. Check in was a breeze and the house was clean and well supplied. Would definitely stay again. Front porch was so relaxing

Amelia Island Family Vacation

The property and the location were perfect. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a family vacation. Comes with a 6 seater golfcart to use while you stay. It was a wonderful vacation and look forward to staying here again. Thanks again Kathy for your help and answering all of our questions when we needed anything.

Perfection!

Loved the location and property! We did not cook while staying here but the kitchen and residence was furnished beyond belief in all aspects. Highly recommend this residence. My family of four was in luxury while staying here!

We chose this location for our annual Siblings (six adults) vacation. We've been all over Florida but we all agree this was the nicest VRBO we've ever rented. The house is spacious, spotless, and well maintained inside and out. The first adjective I think of is BRIGHT. When you walk in, it's like walking into a beach house...a breath of fresh air. The kitchen is open concept so it's roomy and is well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also roomy and bright. The front porch is amazing! We spent a lot of time there reading, chatting and drinking coffee. Our host, Kathy was terrific. She responded quickly to all my communications. I've never stayed in a VRBO with such an easy check-out process! Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach have a fascinating history and the VRBO is located smack in the middle of Old Town, surrounded by unique historic homes. We were close to a lovely beach (about a 10 minute drive max, free parking) and Fort Clinch State Park (small entry fee) is close as well; with history, hiking and a good beach. Downtown Fernandina Beach is lovely...lots of good shopping, dining and packed with history. You can be as busy of relaxed as you like. We would definitely rent this house again. You will not be disappointed.

Home away from Home

We came in to town for our son’s first birthday! Upon arrival, our host Kathy was very informative and accommodating. This home is absolutely lovely and in such a wonderful, quiet and centralized location on the island. The amenities were perfect, the home was extremely clean and beds were soft and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the entire trip, as if it was a home away from home.

AMAZING!!

This home is amazing! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are immaculate and SO BEAUTIFUL! It was as if we were stepping into a magazine! We travel to Fernandina annually and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!

Adorable cottage

If a perfect vacation cottage exists, then this is it! Such a wonderfully thought-out house! Pretty inside and out, in a quiet friendly neighborhood, this cottage is perfect for breakfast or dinner on the porch. Excellent communication with the manager Kathy! She made sure we enjoyed every minute! We will be back! Loved it! 10/10!

We didn't want to leave!!

The Coastal Casita was a absolutely beautiful home for our families annual girls weekend. The kitchen was so modern and luxurious. We didn't get to use the golf cart or the outside porches due to unusually cold weather but we loved the time inside. It has a large common area and table where we all could connect together and lots of private space when needed. Many, many upscale touches. Hope to be back next uear. modern n and luxurious thay we
