Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at Costa Del Sol C3. We are glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the cleanliness. However, we are disappointed to hear you had some issues with the mattress and the bathroom condition. Unfortunately, mattresses are tricky. Everyone’s preference is different. We encourage our guests to let us know if the mattress is not their desired level of comfort. We can deliver mattress toppers to bring the bed to the desired level of firmness or softness. We have passed along your comments to the property manager to discuss with the owner. We are happy to report he has purchased a brand new mattress! We hope you will come back to enjoy it.

The location on the beach was absolutely wonderful. The place could use some TLC/updates with furniture and especially beds in 2nd bedroom. The patio furniture needs updated, and the deck needs some attention. But just being able to walk out the back door down to the beach was priceless.

Great location, condo not great

The location of this condo is perfect if you want a quiet area with the ability to walk to several restaurants. The set up of the condo is excellent. You can sit outside at the beach level, dine on the covered deck at the living level or sit on the full-sun deck outside of the bedroom. The condo however was not clean and the couch in the sitting area was stained and so uncomfortable you couldn't sit on it for more than 30 minutes without having to move. The other two little chairs weren't quite as uncomfortable however my husband and I are tall and these seats were not made for small people.

We are so sorry that you felt the unit was not clean as providing our guests with a clean and sanitary rental is always our priority. We wish we had been informed of this so we could have sent housekeeping back over to take care of any problems.. the 2 beds in the second bedroom needs to be replaced, u can't sleep on them, thet make noise when u turn, that will wake u up. not comfortable at all. other then that, the place was great, i will go again, but those 2 beds need to go!!

Great location. Dated property

I know this is a small thing. We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. But the furnishings were dated and the couch was unusable because the cushions were flat and you could feel the metal of the pullout couch.

Love Costa Del Sol on Miramar

Costa Del Sol is always a great place to stay with a fantastic private beach. This property was no exception; clean, convenient & just a short distance from wonderful restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Just a couple of issues: the sofa really needs to be replaced & the deck is not level. That being said, I would return to this unit. Newman-Dailey was wonderful with which to work.

Es muy agradable el sitio . El servicio de sombrilla y sillas en la playa es excelente. La casa está bien .HAY QUE CAMBIAR LOS COLCHONES DEL SEGUNDO CUARTO! Están totalmente vencidos .

Miramar Beach Review

Property location was excellent with the condo being in good condition. If vacationer is looking for seclusion in addition to restaurants being accessible, would suggest property for an affordable rate. Showers were luke warm water. Communication with property manager lacked as entry to property was not provided beforehand. Also, email was answered 3 days into stay regarding entry. Overall, stay was good considering pricing and location.

We absolutely enjoyed our time and the fact that we had a place set up on the beach daily and steps from the condo was absolutely the best thing about it. It had all the amenities that we needed. The Master bed mattress absolutely needs to be replaced, the springs in the mattress closest to the door (right side) are broken, I had to sleep in the middle of the bed or I would literally roll off the bed. There is also an unseen amount of dust on the ceilings and furniture upstairs as if that was neglected. Overall we would stay at the Costa del Sol but without a new mattress probably not this exact one.

It is such a pleasure to be able to stay steps from the beach and have chairs and an umbrella waiting for you. We are disappointed to hear there was an issue with the mattress and a cleaning issue. We encourage our guests to inform us of any issues so we can have our maintenance personnel and/or Housekeeping come over and correct immediately. In response to your email we are thrilled to report the owner has purchased a brand new mattress for the Master Bedroom. We have also sent your review to the Director of Housekeeping to speak to his staff about dust. We hope you will come back to experience the new mattress.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and a few steps to sand! Check in and out was so easy and the management staff absolutely excellent, I can’t say enough about how friendly the office personnel were to work with. We hope to keep returning yearly.

The location, wonderful! It needs updating, the furniture is nasty, needs cleaning! I put a sheet over the recliner to hide the dirty stains. We would not stay here again unless it was renovated.

The location could not be better. Unfortunately we spent several days waiting for items to be fixed. One night we dealt with the upstairs toilet and tub being stopped up and not draining. The next night the air froze up and it started getting hot. Then water started leaking from the ceiling because of the ac. We had one night of no issues and then the upstairs toilet started leaking and water was coming downstairs from the light fixtures, vents and ceiling itself. Let me say, they did a great job of coming every time we called, but judging from the ceiling and walls, this happens more often than it should.

Nothing is better than waking up to the beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sand. We are disappointed you had so many issues during your stay, but are glad we were able to be responsive to each one of them. Being a Gulf-front rental, AC units will freeze up easily if the doors are opened frequently allowing warm Gulf air to enter. We have not had plumbing issues in the past and hope you understand this is not a common occurrence. Newman-Dailey has a wide selection of rentals both on and off the beach and hope you will consider staying with Newman-Dailey again in the future. We were delighted to have you as our guests and hope to welcome you back to the beach soon.

Costa del Sol in Miramar Beach Florida/C3 Town Home

When we arrived at the rental we could not gain access for about 15 to 20 minutes due to the code was invalid....once inside with the help of Sunny at the office the smell was very musty and stale. We found that none of the balcony decks were private, was told that the third one was but was not. Trip hazzards from the tresholds (tracking) from all exits onto decks and wobbably PVC furniture and decking and screws and nails sticking up everywhere. The floors were grity and bedroom furniture was marred bad and knobs missing. The closets had hardware on top shelves. Wednesday morning making coffee several baby roaches in sink...called office and talked to Kate...did not want anyone in rental while we were not there. Next morning more roaches, both babies and adults. No hand rails in either shower...The outside to the front door was messy and smelled bad.The refrigerator was extremely loud (freezer).Roaches were running all over on Saturday the morning we left...We even sprayed some roach killer the day before. carpet looked very dingy and you could here the neighbors through the walls well...hacking and coughing. We will not be staying and or recomminding this town home again. Couch was very uncomfortable and the list goes on and on. The beach was beautiful and the restuarants were very good. Oh yeah the TV in the guess room worked when it had a mind to.

November 2016 Stay

Condo was satisfactory minus the roaches . If we had seen the previous review we would have cancelled but since we were already here we purchased several roach motels which seemed to help control them and stored all of our food in the refrigerator. The beds were kind of hard and the furniture could be updated. While the condo smelled clean it did not feel clean . The location and the view of the beach were the best part of our stay. We probably would not stay here again. But then again it is a personal preference . We didn't feel this place was worth the money.
