1 star, would not recommend. On Day 1, while driving to the apartment, the host Irene sent check-in details and kindly offered early check-in, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the extent of the hospitality during our 2-night stay. The first night, I could overlook neighbors leaf blowing at midnight since that’s out of the host’s control. What really made the stay uncomfortable was the lack of ventilation during an unseasonably warm spring. Although air conditioning was listed, none was available, and there were no fans. We opened every window we could (some without screens), but it didn’t help. The beds made things worse, with cheap, synthetic polyester sheets that felt like shower curtain liners, trapping heat, and no mattress protectors. On Day 2, I messaged the host early to explain the discomfort and ask about a fan. Seven hours later, she responded that she was out of town and nothing would be available until after our stay. Another hot, sleepless night followed. In the morning, I hoped a shower would help, but the bathroom had its own issues. While I could overlook the rusted curtain rod, the moldy shower curtain and filthy bathroom rugs (which looked unwashed for years) were unacceptable, along with ants throughout. The bathroom is so small that even lightly touching the towel bar makes it fall off the wall—though it can be put back, it’s clearly very cheap. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Very comfortable and accurate description

The stay was great overall. The place was nice.I would say that a few more products for cooking would be great ( bigger pan ). That is the only thing, everything else was excellent.

Nice Unit

The apartment was spotless - no issues with cleanliness. It's located in a working class neighborhood adjacent to the Harbor Point development. We were there during the week, and the neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to work from the unit. Parking was available in the driveway (though it might be a little tight for a large car) or on the street. Our host was extremely responsive. Check-in and check-out was easy.
