This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. The elevator services floors four through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

During summer, enjoy an easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

We love Steamboat Springs even if he was unusualy hot.

small, and dated but met needs

Pictures made the condo look bigger. But, all we needed were beds to sleep in and we got that. There were a few concerns...more than two people hit their heads on the staircase as they were going in and out of the back door. And if you had a little child, you'd want to stay clear from the balcony as I'm sure they aren't up to code. It was very outdated in every aspect, but met our needs for a place to sleep!

Great location for ski in/ski out. Except for the 4 flights of stairs to get to/from mountain. Hot tub was nice. Good and hot. CLEAN! Good shuttle service. King bed in master needs a new mattress. Would like a darker environment; either less ambient light or better shades, curtains, or blinds! Garbage only picked up once??? A little dated. Room next door had nicer more fresh decor. It would've been nice to have towels at hot tub. Neat to relax around the firepit. The check in agent was superb. Thorough and friendly. You rock Leann. Refrigerator needs a minor fix. Won't close without a stiff push. Toilet seat loose in master bath. Plenty of space for 7 people. Should have scissors available. We shared the floor with others in our group. Nice floor for that!!!
