Near beach, luxurious holiday home with fireplace, peaceful, relaxing, in nature

The walled, lone-standing house was built in a Dutch style, has 90 m² of living space and a surrounding garden of 400 m2. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a spacious dining area, a very appealing living room area with an open fireplace and cosy seats, a large bathroom, the entrance hallway and a pantry - all on 50 m2. On the upper floor you will find very beautiful bedrooms with altogether 3 double beds and a guest WC. Central heating: it is warm in 10 minutes. There are 2 terraces facing the west and south.

Arrival: From Cologne you can reach our house in about 3 hours. Here the path goes over Venlo, Arnheim, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Alkmaar:A1 towards Aachen, A61Kreuz Kerpen, at the end of the highway roundabout in Venlo towards Nijmegen to the next roundabout, here 2 km on the A67 towards Nigmegen, Eindhoven. Shortly after this, change to the A73 towards Arnheim/Nijmegen, in Nigmegen change to the A50 towards Arnheim, in Arnheim change to the A12 towards Utrecht, in Utrecht change to the A2 towards Amsterdam, shortly before Amsterdam change to the A9 towards Schipol, Haarlem, Amstelveen. The region: The western coastal region on the North Sea of the province of Northern Holland is known for its wide, well-kept, fine-grain beaches that offer enough space for sun lovers, sports, games or hikes. Beautiful coastal cities like Bergen, Egmond, Schoorl, Callantsoof, etc. offer ideal deviations from the beach with their promenades. The gulf stream creates a very mild climate, even during the winter. The statistics for the Northern Holland coastal region show the most hours of sun per year in all of the Netherlands. Lots of fauna and flora and multiple nature preserves reflect an intact nature. Sint Maarten is located centrally by the beautiful cities. The small village, idyllically located in the meadows and pastures, offers ideal possibilities to relax far from hectic cities. The closest beach is the St. Maartenzee and is located only 4.5 km away. In 5 minutes you are there by car, by bicycle in 10 to 15 minutes.

The surrounding: The swimming pool on site can be used free of charge during the warm season. On a large playground with a trampoline, basketball court, soccer field and a lot of lawns, children can play during the entire day. A small restaurant by the pool is open from Easter to September. An indoor pool with sauna and solarium is located about 3 km away in the closest larger city of Schagen in which you will find all shopping facilities, Dirkshorn, Tuitjenhorn, Warmenhuizen offers shopping facilities about 4 km away. Countless museums, good restaurants and interesting cities like Hoorn, Callantsoof, Schoorl, Bergen, Bergen an Zee, Egmond an Zee and the island of Texel offer diversity from the beach. Those interested in nature can find a lot of places to relax in the nature reserves of 'Het Zwanenwater', 'de Putten' and 'Entenbos'. Large diversity of birds and plants reflect the intact nature.
