Great location!! Kids had a blast snorkeling on the bay. Beach is right across the street. Walmart 5 miles in either location. Right next door to putt putt and go car racing. House was super clean and comfy. 10/10 recommend.

Yes the host was welcoming.The unit was very dirty, we went to Walmart to grab a bunch of cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The rug in the living room was so dirty it turned our socks black every time we walked on it. The refrigerator would rock every time we opened the door, so I shimmed it. Too many other quality issues to mention. Not worth the for what you get, will not rent again.
