This is a private complex with only 64 units and five floors. Next to Maravilla Resort and Beach Retreat. Perfect condo for a family vacation. The best pool area on Old 98. The pool is fantastic! 4000 square feet multilevel with infinity edge, kids 0 entry walk in area with mushroom waterfall play area, adult water bench area. Lush landscaping, hot tub and vast sunning decks with loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Grilling area also!

Beautiful 300' of deeded beach with plenty of space and free beach service (umbrella and chairs) MAR thru OCT, just a short walk away.

This upgraded unit 302 has 1100 square feet gulf side condo is located in the beautiful Miramar Beach area on Old 98. It’s a short walk to the famous restaurant Captain Dave's, Pompano Joes & Kenny D’s. Gulf view & pool view from your large balcony that has a couch for reading and relaxation.

Master bedroom with king size, pillow top, Serta mattress. Luxury linens. The master suite offers a full size dresser, 32' flat screen TV, DVD player, CD-clock alarm radio. Large Master bathroom with over-sized vanity and storage space.

Bunk area with two twin bunks, small dresser with hanging space, 20' television. Second large bathroom is located off the bunk area. Playstation2 with over 20 games available.

Plenty of extra linens and pillows! Washer and Dryer in unit.

The living area has an upgraded pull out sofa sleeper with comfy blankets in the closet. Sleeps two extra guests. 10 foot ceilings with large sliding glass doors to the large balcony and view of the gulf. 40' digital widescreen LCD TV. DVD player, Digital CD player. Also, a Sony Stereo system.

Upgraded kitchen, granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and pantry. Fully stocked! Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker and full size refrigerator.

High Speed Internet!

Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, and movies. I also provide beach toys with carrying bag in the closet. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Beach Service included in rental March-October!

The condo is great and the pool is definitely amazing! The balcony is a nice way to end the day overlooking the pool. The owner is very responsive and super nice. I did give four stars for cleanliness because I'm picky and there was slight room for improvement.

Best pool in the area!

Had a great time! Great pool to relax after the beach. Every nearby restaurant we visited had great food! Captain Daves, Kenny D's, Pompano joes, Pascali kichen,....Time was too short to do everything we wanted. Maybe we should just move down there.....

Home away from Home

Perfect location! Walking distance to many delicious restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beach service comes in handy and just a short walk from condo. The owners check in on us and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Had a great five day visit, two adults, two kids. Lots of room and everything we needed was provided. Bed super comfortable, I believe it's a memory foam. Close to some great restaurants and kitchen big enough to make any meal. Heated pool and hot tub was great especially during cooler months. This is our favorite condo complex in Destin.

2 weeks of sunshine for my soul

Check was so easy. We could see the ocean from our balcony. Layout of condo and pool was fantastic. Spacious for a couple with a small family. Very quite in October. Building is very sound proof. Owner was great to communicate with. If we come back to Destin, Beach Resort is the only place i would stay. Best accommodations ever!!

The condo is updated and beautiful. Soft beds, large couch /bed. Love the tile and granite . Feels like home . Very nice owners, easy to get alone and communicate . Responding quick to texts or calls. My family loved this vacation the most!
