The Chic Chalet

Relaxing getaway, complete with a hot tub, sauna and wood fired stove! This cozy lakefront chalet is perfect for a girls trip, a romantic getaway, or a weekend with the family. Complete with paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit, games, puzzles, not to mention a beautiful view of Lake Audubon. All inside the gated community of Innsbrook, you'll never want to leave!

The house is nestled in the woods with a nice flat walk to the dock. There is also a zero-entry rock bed making it easy to wade into the lake and use the boats from (1 paddle boat and 2 kayaks available on property).

Sleeping arrangements allow for up to 8 people (recommended 6):
Loft:
- King bed (2)
- Queen bed (2)
- Chair that folds out to a twin (1)

Living room:
- Queen pull out couch (2)
- Sofa (1)

Alternative sleeping options include a Queen blow up mattress and pack n' play available for use.

The bathroom is on the first floor and includes a walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used linens in a pile on the main floor, including robes.
Please empty trash bins and take with you to the trash receptacles near the entrance to Innsbrook (go past the main gate and it will be on the right hand side after the market)
Please empty the refrigerator and take any leftover food with you. Make sure the hot tub cover is on and secured, and any condensation on the sauna floor is wiped up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Easy to find, relaxing from the dock to the comfortable beds! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing & slow pace- this is what you need!! You also have access to the gated communities pool with a lazy river, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, kayaks & paddle boat! it was a much needed break from our fast passed life! Great hosts too!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Great location and setting. We brought our bikes and biked the neighborhood. Good way to see more of the area. Terrific development. The upstairs bedding was a little suspect. Would suggest changing that out. Overall a good experience. Lauren was spot on as our host.

My husband and I had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The amenities of the cabin were forefront for us, and we really enjoyed having convenient options for and access to the waterfront. We especially liked being able to use the resident kayaks, paddle boat, and floating raft.

Great Weekend get away

Nice Weekend Get Away. Property was awesome, the paddleboat and water toys were such a great bonus. Lauren went the extra mile to have good extras for her guests. Would stay again. Just as a FYI hot water would be an issue for over 2 people.

I fell in love with this place when I saw the view from the deck overlooking the water. It has everything we need inside and out to have a great weekend away.
