Gorgeous newly renovated condo in Sports Village. Emeraud has everything you need for a weekend get-a-way. The clubhouse, pool, hot tubs, and recreation are a very short walk from the unit. This stunning condo can now accommodate up to 8 people! Emeraud is located just down the road (about 2 minutes) from some of St. George's best hiking and biking trails! There are many trails ranging in all difficulties, so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the ride. This condo is located in a prime location, with close freeway access and close to many restaurants, stores, and shops.

Emeraud is a fantastic place to relax with your family and friends after a day of adventuring. The living room has a 65" TV and each bedroom has their own private TV as well. There is a pack n play, portable highchair and blackout curtains in the bedrooms, making Emeraud the perfect place to stay with little ones!

Primary Room: Queen - Sleeps 1-2. Door direct bathroom, but not private.

Guest Room - Full Bunk Sleeps 1-4

Emeraud is located in Sports Village, which has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickle ball courts and gym there is something for everyone. Just steps away from the back porch is a playground and an open grass area. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.

NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house (charcoal not provided)

PETS: This is a NON pet friendly home! Owners may or may not have had pets in the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

PARKING: This condo has a covered parking space and a storage room which can store 3-4 mountain bikes depending on size. There is free parking all around the community as well. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval.

This unit is on the bottom floor. To access the condo, you must enter the building up stairs, and once in the building there are stairs down to the front door. When you exit the back door of the condo to the patio there are only a few stairs up to the main sidewalk.
