Celadon 109 - Free Seasonal Beach Chairs!

This freshly updated condo located at Celadon Beach Resorts offers ample space for the entire family to kick back and unwind during your stay on the gulf coast. The master bedroom features a King Beautyrest Powerlift bed, access to the beachfront balcony, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed with private bathroom. The third bedroom hosts two full/twin bunk beds for up to 6 people. The den sofa is a reclining sofa for an afternoon nap! The den has an electric fireplace as well as a large 75 inch tv with sound bar to enjoy a sporting event or a family movie night. The scrabble board mini coffee table can host a family fun night as well while the family views the sunset from the spacious windows and sliding glass doors. This unit is on the west end of the building, with expansive and unobstructed nightly sunset views.
Celadon Resorts features some of the best amenities you can find, including heated and indoor pools! Celadon is located on the west end of the Panama City beach and is close to Inlet Beach, 30 A and is easy access to Pier Park and some of PCB s best restaurants and activities.
Enjoy the Most beautiful beaches in the World in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed (Service Animals always accepted).
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Once you book you will be provided with a website to go online and register for a digital parking pass @$45. Parking registrations are valid for 30 days.
DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST PAY AND REGISTER FOR PARKING AFTER BOOKING. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The property was beautiful and as described. The only negative part was the construction that was taking place in the building. The good news is, it was not a bother to us while in our condo. The bad news is you could hear it on the beach and at the pool. I enjoyed being on the first floor. It was convenient and I plan to stay again when we come to PCB.

Seamless checkin. Beautiful updated decor. Extremely clean. Sofas were so comfortable ! All different positions and great for movie watching or naps! We only ate breakfast and lunch in condo so had everything we needed. There is no keurig, only a coffe pot so we brought a french press. Would have preferred a little larger balcony and palm trees were awesome but they did obstruct our view somewhat. Also, FYI, check out is 9am. A little earlier than we expected plus, they ask you to sweep the floors as part of checkout. Not a dealbreaker but something you should know with an early checkout. On the other hand being on the first flloor allowed us to skip the elevators all together. We were right next to stairwell so one flight down and we were at beach and pool level. Very easy access and perfect for the grand kids. They loved the bunks!
