Celadon #207 - Free Beach Chairs!

Celadon 207 is a great beachfront rental vacation condo for families and friends to enjoy during a Panama City Beach Florida trip. The oceanfront condo has 1 Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath. The common area has a comfortable den space, twin hallway bunks beds and a sleeper sofa. This low floor waterfront Celadon condominium can sleep up to 6 people.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the low floor beachfront balcony located on the "Most beautiful beaches in the World" in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Celadon complex has a beachside pool as well as a pool and hot tub located across the street at the parking complex. Beach Chairs can be rented from the beach kiosk or guest can bring their own. Celadon is located near Inlet Beach and 30A shopping and restaurants and is close to Pier Park and the PCB shopping area also.
The condo is a non-smoking rental unit and no pets allowed (Service Animals are always welcomed).
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Once you book our PCB vacation rental condo you will be provided with a website to go online and register for a digital parking pass $45 for the length of your stay. Parking registrations are valid for 30 days.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Clean and easy access to parking and walking across the pedway, straight to the condo. The location is perfectly tucked away from the noise but close enough to visit all the local attractions. Easy access to a quiet peaceful beach and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The place was clean, comfortable, and generally as described. The property manager Chase was responsive and accommodating. Check-in was easy.What we thought could have been better: no beach towels at a beachfront property, scant toiletries, and absolutely empty kitchen cabinets. Not saying the host was supposed to stock them for us but no tea and no coffee? Why provide a coffee machine when its specific pods are missing. But, all in all, the unit is good.

We also do not stock any food or drink items between tenants. This is a protocol that changed after COVID. The room was clean and convenient to the beach. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the dryer worked poorly and had to be ran multiple times to dry a small load of laundry. The tile on the balcony made it very slick with the humidity. There needed to be extra blankets. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There was only enough seating for 3-4 people comfortably which made it hard when we were stuck inside due to rain or at night. The room was great but the amenities could’ve been much better. The elevators were also very slow, only 2 to serve 20floors

Overall, a great place to stay. Last of the high rises on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are an additional fee; included with some of the other units. We did fine with the basic essentials the condo provided and appreciated being on the 2nd floor for easy access to the parking garage and elevator to the ground floor to the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

This property is very nice. I LOVE that there was not a lot of Knick knacks everywhere yet the decor was very tasteful. Super clean and comfortable. 2nd floor location very convenient to parking and less elevator time. We will be back!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay including beach supplies, life jackets and toys for the kids which we really appreciated. Convenient location to the beach and to the main part of town. The owner was helpful and responsive to questions. Things that could improve - king mattress could use a refresh b/c felt very worn and some kind of covering for glass on the front door would be helpful with privacy at night. Overall we would stay here again!
