Sommet House est idéalement situé à une courte promenade à New Village at Copper et la haute vitesse American Flyer, ascenseur quad. Ces unités étonnamment spacieuses sont également une courte promenade de deux ascenseurs locales.
Doté de deux chambres et trois chambres à coucher, Summit House offre un prix raisonnable et une vue phénoménale tout dans un excellent emplacement. Ces unités sont également directement en face d'un arrêt de bus de la navette, qui fournira aux clients un accès facile à l'ensemble de l'hôtel!

Notre établissement met en place comme suit: Le maître dispose d'un lit King et un lit gigogne avec deux lits jumeaux, la deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles et un lit gigogne avec deux lits jumeaux. Deux salles de bains. En définitive, cette unité peut accueillir 10.

Cette propriété est bien entretenu, très nommé, et très intime. Ils ont créé une maison avec tous les luxes et puis certains: une cafetière, un grand logiciel de manger et ustensiles. Vous vous sentirez à la maison et vous serez heureux.

The community center is a 5-minute walk from the condo and has an excellent pool, hot tub, steam sauna and dry sauna, as well as a gym and other amenities. They provide towels. It's 14/person/day or 30/family/day.

Great place for a group of 4 with excellent location and reasonable price. It’s only a five-minute walk to the Eagle lift, and the management team was very responsive to the request during our stay.However, after checkout I received an email claiming there was water damage to a drawer and that 500 had been placed on hold on my credit card. I asked for clarification and evidence, and they later mentioned it was a mistake and refunded the amount. I’m inclined to believe it was an honest mistake rather than anything intentional, but I wanted to mention it here for awareness.

Great stay in Copper

We loved this spacious, centrally located unit in Center Village. There are two huge bedrooms and good sized bathrooms, plus a beautiful living area with new flooring. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking. We had a few cleaning concerns (food found under beds, etc.) but otherwise our stay was great. Reservation process with multiple emails/forms to fill and important check in instructions sent to spam were a little annoying but overall a great stay here and we would return.

Really nice condo

The condo was very clean and very nice. The location cannot be beat! It was a short easy walk to center village. It was the perfect place to stay. The condo had ample pots and pans, silverware, dishes, spices, and everything else you’d need to cook. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds and soft sheets! Everything about this place was perfect and we would definitely stay here again! Also housekeeping was very helpful and very easy to get ahold of. I contacted them to get most of my questions answered.

Great and roomy condo!

Condo was great and roomy. Property Manager was very responsive. Windows had a draft but place heated up well with a fireplace. Would recommend for the future!

The initial communications were way too long and uninformative. Having to download an app which was essentially worthless was a pain, intrusive and a waste of time.

Hard to please everyone, we get comments that the information provided is not enough and others that it is to much. We only give address, directions, GPS, WIFI and door codes - then check out and rules? App downloads are pretty simple and there is a ton of info in our APP for all areas of the county? I glad we god a 4 overall I guess! Thanks

Excellent accommodations, misleading listing

No hot tubNo poolNo gymWe were told to pay to use the Community Center nearby for those "amenities." They are not part of this building or complex.After that, I looked closer at the listing. Parking is a SINGLE covered spot. No garage, and definitely no "options" other than what's publicly available (ie using the ski lift lots). Other small things in the listing not included (satellite TV, tennis court?). But we were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, and they were "pay-per-use", down the road, across the street. Not an amenity. That said, the place was great. Two spacious bedrooms fit our 7 adults comfortably. Small kitchen area, but living room and dining table all made it a great place to hang out in the evenings. Pictures are accurate, words in listing may not be. Most importantly, it had an easy 5 min walk to the lift.

The TV services were nice for our down time. The beds were very comfortable (important after a day of skiing) and there was even multiple boxes of tissues for the occasional runny nose. Only negative in whole experience was the suggestion to use the APP which doesn’t work. Don’t suggest to use on correspondence if it doesn’t work. Tried multiple devices and net. No luck.

Great trip!

Location was very convenient for accessing the slopes. Center village was a short walk, shuttle to west village was close. Unit was very spacious and we had excess space in the two large rooms. There were 7 in our party, and we could’ve easily shared with another small family. Would def look into renting this unit again!

Great Center Village Location

While we have stayed in other Center Village units that were a touch closer, for the price you can’t beat this unit. This unit is clean, well kept and well equipped. The only minor thing missing was soap for the dishwasher. There is a lot more room than you can see in the pictures. There is plenty of room for 2 families and great sleeping accommodations. Thanks to the owners and property manager for a great weekend stay.

Very spacious

Condo is very well located just a short (5 min in ski boots) walk to the central village. It is exactly as pictured in the listing, if anything it is even larger than it looks. Both bedrooms are huge and the living space is bigger than most on-mountain properties in this price range. There were plenty of extra pillows, towels, etc. and the kitchen is well-equipped. The place comes with a covered parking space (great as we got some snow over the weekend!) and access to a large ski locker on the first floor. My only complaint was with the check in process. I'm not sure why we needed to stop at the office in Dillon to pick up a couple of pieces of paper (including the condo electronic lock code) when this could have easily been provided via email or the app. Overall though it is a very nice property with plenty of room for a family of 6 or even more.

Cozy and comfortable

This property is lovely! Tons of room for my family for a weekend. A quick walk up the street to the center of Copper! The property manager is amazing and was available to help up when we were accidentally locked out of our unit!
