Very clean. Brand new hot tub!!! The wood pallet and packaging from the new hot tub was left in the driveway. Hard to walk around. Listed as 4 baths, there are only 3 full baths and 1 half bath on the very top floor. No curtains or blinds on any windows or door facing the beach, including the master bedroom. The deck view was beautiful as so was the pool with plenty of ground level deck space.

Great trip

The property is beautiful, only a short distance from the water. There were only 2 things that we did not like the lack of privacy on the balcony and the public beach access is right beside the unit, other than that it was wonderful. I loved all the new appliances in the kitchen!

Family time 2025

Great week with family. We had rain everyday for about 10 minutes and then it was a little cooler for a nice walk on the beach. Pinkies Up is a beautiful place and plenty of space for all 11 of us. It is a lot of steps for the older folks so I stayed in the first-floor bedroom. The deck is perfect for eating and watching the beach. The upstairs deck and bed swing is so relaxing.

Pinkies up

Great property. Our only complaint is that the listing states 4 baths when the 3rd floor is a half bath. Also the third floor doesn't have a doorway to close it off so noise might be an issue if the second floor bedrooms are early risers or if you are doing laundry.

Loved the upstairs get away for the kids.

The upstairs suite was perfect for my 4 grandchildren. They had their space and the adults had space. My only complaint about this property was no source of shade on the huge, lovely deck. Umbrellas and a table equipped for a shade would have made it perfect. Contacted property management without luck. I also asked my beach umbrella service if he had anything. No luck. The other decks all seemed to have some type of sun protection. I still gave 5 stars.
