Great property, great location. Needs a little maintenance on door handles, door jams and replacing some window blinds. Nothing that takes away from the stay, just a little upkeep is needed to keep this lovely home in tip top shape.

The location is perfect, the inside of the house is very nice, lots of space, multiple vanities, and private beach access that came in very handy and is a short walk away. My friends all weekend kept saying “good job Taylor” for booking this place.

This rental was very close to everything. It was sell furnished and equipped with everything our family needed. The kids loved the third floor. We rented a 6 seat street legal cart and enjoyed not moving our vehicles and no sand in the vehicles. The host was wonderful and we had no issues. The pool and beach were close. We enjoyed the pool as much as the pool. We will rent this again.

Found multiple roaches in the loft area and the three children who slept up there (the other kids slept elsewhere) got lice. I do not think they clean that loft area at all!! We are disgusted!

The house was just what we needed for a quick trip to the beach with young kids. Close enough to the beach that it was an easy walk, and our section of beach wasn't overly crowded. The house itself was spacious and clean.

Spacious home and loved the short walk to the beach. Views of the ocean from bedrooms, but was unable to enjoy it from my room because the iron patio furniture out there was rusty and the door handles too. Could really use some furniture updates inside & outside. The black paint on the patio furniture off of the living room was peeling off and sticking to our arms and legs revealing the rust. Home temperature was great. Please consider air fresheners as we went and purchased some Febreeze. Otherwise, nice home.

Vacation with littles

Check in was super easy, we did have a few issues with AC and Water heater.. both resolved in a timely manner. Access to beach is close, myself and 5 kids walked it many times! Beautiful home and VRBO did compensate for the issues during our stay! Overall very happy with house and the ones who manage it! Very kind and attentive! I had the pleasure of getting help from Sam and I’m very satisfied with resolution!

There are doors with the locks rusted into the door and cannot be locked.There are an upwards of 10 pot lids and only 2 fit pots. The top floor cannot be cooled beyond 85 any time after 10 am degrees, would NOT recommend that room to any infirm family members you may have. The window unit is in need of a filter change and leaving our children with some kind of cough while sleeping upstairs.The towel hook in the main bathroom is unsecured and has fallen on our children several times. There are chipped plates that need to be either replaced or tossed. Short of many of these complications, the house is conveniently located and close to the beach. And the community bar pours heavy. Which was much appreciated after the grievances from this trip.l think the beach chairs and umbrellas should be a complimentary with the rental as the other condos. It’s a false advertisement about the bed room. You cannot count the closet inside the master bedroom as one bedroom. Very disappointed on the room advertising. Again, would be nice if the chair and umbrellas covered with the price . Too high for what has to offer.
