Located in Cat Hill, 401 Cattail Road is a 5‑bedroom, 3‑bath coastal retreat with an open layout, a gourmet eat‑in kitchen, and a screened porch perfect for gathering. The main floor includes a guest room and full bath, while the second level features a spacious primary suite with a private deck, plus a loft, full bath, and three additional bedrooms. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this home includes a South Bethany Beach parking pass, beach chairs, umbrellas, and yard games. The neighborhood kayak launch into the Assawoman Canal is only steps away—ideal for paddling or peaceful morning and evening strolls. Pets will love the nearby community park and its lively squirrel population. (Total includes a $400 security deposit held by the property management company. Security Deposit will be returned in accordance with the occupancy license provided after booking.)
