The backyard has a beautiful Pool, Wood Fire pit & Stainless Steel BBQ under a covered patio. This home perfect for families, Business trips or someone looking to have a relaxing getaway.

The space

This House is equipped with pots, pans, small/large kitchen appliances and all the cooking utensils you could need. This home sleeps 8 people as there is one Queen bed in each room. The Master Bedroom features a beautiful en suite full bathroom with shower. The 3 guestrooms share a detached bathroom. A large backyard that has a Pool, Wood fire-pit and BBQ area.

* Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.

Please note: There is an exterior camera available on the right top corner of the house and on the right siding on the front door facing the street.

HOT TUB SAFETY RULES

- Shower with soap and water before you come in

- Enter and exit the hot tub slowly

- No jumping or diving

- Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub

- Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications

- Elderly persons but consult a doctor before use

- Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use

- Children must be supervised by an adult

- Do not enter if temperature is over 104 Degrees Fahrenheit

- Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry

- Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering hot tub

- Do not use soaps or oils in spa
Just a reminder that parties and smoking are strictly prohibited and highly enforced. If these rules are broken, we will cancel your stay without any refund and charge applicable fees.
