A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker + Mr Coffee, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room and living rooms.

The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ, seated areas for sitting and eating!

All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.

The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

HOT TUB SAFETY RULES

- Shower with soap and water before you come in

- Enter and exit the hot tub slowly

- No jumping or diving

- Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub

- Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications

- Elderly persons but consult a doctor before use

- Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use

- Children must be supervised by an adult

- Do not enter if temperature is over 104 Degrees Fahrenheit

- Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry

- Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering hot tub

- Do not use soaps or oils in spa
Just a reminder that parties and smoking are strictly prohibited and highly enforced. If these rules are broken, we will cancel your stay without any refund and charge applicable fees.
