Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your living room, bedroom and front screened porch! Sitting on one and a half lots with plenty of parking and room for your RV and all your toys! Light & bright with open floor plan, one king bedroom with gulf view, bunk beds off the kitchen, and a great queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Great fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, private back yard with grill and outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, and various water toys. Stroll south on the beach to Stump Pass State Park - one of the most beautiful and serene beach parks in the country! There are a half dozen GREAT RESTAURANTS within walking distance...outdoor dining and entertainment and one of the best dining experiences in SW Florida - Magnolias! Extremely safe and NO traffic. Friendship Lane is literally one of the friendliest destinations you will ever visit. Our small little lane dead ends right on the beach front...just a few steps away.

Amazing Birthday Getaway

The cottage was beautiful and furnished perfectly. Clean and great amenities . The beach gear was a huge deal for us! Clear and concise communication with the owner. Will definitely be booking this one again!

Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing week, so wonderful having the beach only steps away. The cottage is absolutely adorable and Bruce was quick to respond when the coffee maker was acting up. Would absolutely stay here again!! If quiet and peaceful is what your looking for than this is the place 😎

Will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about this charming house! We felt like we were staying at our favorite Aunt’s Beach Cottage. It’s literally steps from the beach, which I might add, is gorgeous! The house was stocked with everything we needed, was incredibly comfortable and was so cute inside. The street is so quiet, the entire island is like old Florida. The hosts were amazing. We will 100% be back!!

Just as COVID hit, in March of 2020, my wife and I began investing in properties in Florida. My family used to have a vacation home in nearby Boca Grande Florida, and we stumbled across Manasota Key a couple of years ago and fell in love with the serenity, convenience, and most of all THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE on the Key. And what better, FRIENDSHIP LANE!!

Why they chose this property

The South end of Manasota Key is one of the last, well kept secrets in Southwest Florida. Extreme convenience to a dozen great restaurants and activities and also about fifty steps from the beach. Friendship Lane, by coincidence, is extremely FRIENDLY. All owners and guests seem to have the same love for the convenience and peacefulness of Manasota Key.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Walk out to the beach, or walk or ride the bicycles to over half a dozen great restaurants. Take a short walk south down the beach and come across one of the greatest state parks in Florida - Stump Pass. Plenty of beauty and serenity can be found here!
