Welcome to Coastal Gameday Cottage, a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near Gulf Shores. Built in 2021 and recently updated, this one-level retreat is ideal for families, friends, and sports groups visiting the Foley Sports Complex, OWA, Gulf State Park, The Wharf, Tanger Outlets, Bon Secour, and the beach, just 6.5 miles away.

Inside, enjoy an open boho-modern layout, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, cozy living room, and a converted garage game room with foosball, board games, books, toys, and extra seating.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen-and-twin trundle in the third bedroom, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a twin rollaway bed. All bedrooms include smart TVs, and the primary suite has a private bathroom.

Outside, relax on the patio, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or enjoy the charcoal grill. Beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, beach toys, a pack ’n play, and a highchair are provided.

Guests have full access to the home and game room. The garage door does not open and the garage is not available for parking. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.

• Primary renter must be 25 or older
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Late checkout is not available; please reserve an additional night if needed
• Before departure, please start the dishwasher, remove all trash, and place the bins at the curb when required. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Guests staying the night before pickup should roll the bins out that evening or early the following morning.

Contact and check-in information will be sent the morning of arrival.
You will be provided a starter kit. Each bathrooms gets a roll of toilet paper, a bar of soap. Kitchens get a dish towel, roll of paper towels, sponge, packet of dish detergent, packet of laundry detergent, small bottle of dish soap, and 3 trash bags. Please bring extra for the remainder of your trip. We suggest bringing beach towels as they are not provided.

~There is a high chair and pack and play available. Please bring your own sheets.

~During your stay you are welcome to use our beach equipment. There are 4 chairs, 1 umbrella, & 1 beach wagon. Please put them back at the end of each day.

~the garage has been converted to a game room. You are welcome to use all games and toys. Just please be sure to put them all back where you found them prior to checkout.

~Rental agreements will be required to be signed before check in information is sent.

~ A state issued ID is required from each guest prior to check in.

~The home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival: On going housecleaning will not be provided throughout the duration of your stay.

~Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. No unregistered guests allowed

~There is a driveway that can fit 4 cars. U-hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis & buses are not allowed on property.

~No pets allowed

~No smoking or vaping of any kind

~No illegal substances allowed on the premises

~Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep the noise levels very low after 10pm

~Late check out with not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check out
