Do not rent

This property looks like someone lives there. 2 refrigerators were full of food. The host was nice but it was very strange to have a house full of somebody else's stuff. Every house we've ever uses through VRBO was completely vacant except furniture and amenities. My employees were shocked. There was no where else to go so we stayed but rented another VRBO today that was uninhabited. I cannot recommend. Too weird.

Great potential but big let down

After I paid, Traverse tried to bait and switch us to another property that only had 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and was 3 miles further from strip. After I asked for a discount, they opened it back up. When we arrived, we were surprised to find an absolutely filthy house with a dirty diaper under a bed, blood spatter on comforter, dirty dishes in sink, etc. To make matters worse, the owner lives in this house and is a horder. We opened both refridgerators and they were packed with so much stuff that we could find room for our own. It did turn out that the property management company, Traverse, is inept at best. It even took an extra week to get my $500 refund because they said their financial systems were down. They also refused to refund the cleaning fee. We went to store and bought cleaners and cleaned the place. We left it exceptionally better than it was when we arrived and have pictures to back it all up.
