Good, large home in west Vegas (away from the Strip, which we liked). Near some great hikes, quiet. Hayden team were eager to help us enjoy our stay. We liked the big TV for March Madness, the spacious bedrooms, and the quiet 'hood. Would def consider staying there again.

The house was wonderful, clean, and in a great safe location. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting Red Rocks or Calico Basin. Hayden is extremely good at responding and is also very helpful with anything we might have needed. We will absolutely rebook next time we visit Las Vegas!!

This was a great property for 4 ladies on our yearly "Girls Week". The beds and living space were very comfortable, the property was clean and the owner was very attentive. The hot tub looked great but sadly, we were too busy to use it. The property is about 20 minutes off the strip. There are other casinos close by (The Durango and Red Rocks). We used Uber. Also the airport is an easy 15 minute ride. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive and got us things we needed quickly. House is clean, in a great location, spacious and great for our stay. The boys really enjoyed the pool table. The chemicals in the hot tub were too strong and we weren’t able to get that remedied while we were there but I wouldn’t let that stop you from booking this fantastic home. We would absolutely return!

Fernway was one of the best stays in Vegas that I have ever had! I needed a place that was big enough to hold five adults, with at least one bedroom downstairs. The house upon arrival, IMMACULATE. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hot tub, amazing! The backyard, fantastic! As I mentioned to the owners of the property, if I had one complaint, it’s that there is no grass area for my pups, which, I am not about to give lower than a five star rating for. To be completely honest with you, it was most likely my fault that I didn’t notice that in the pictures because I was too mesmerized by the photos. All in all, a 10/10! Would recommend and would definitely book again! Thank you Fernway!

The stay was great. The amenities were as described in the listing. The check-in was easy. The hot tub was lovely. The hosts were communicative and the house rules were fair and clear. I would stay here again!
