This gorgeous beach house is only an hour away from Perth and is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. The house has everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including air conditioning, televisions, multiple living areas, two kitchens, swimming pool, pool table, darts board, stand up paddle boards and more. Set only a block back from Falcon beach the house is set in an ideal location to walk to the beach to swim, surf or fish or to the cafe for breakfast and a coffee.

Amazing house

The house was amazing and I can't recommend Anne and Alan enough. The communication from them was reassuring and informative making the stay hassel free. I highly recommend this property and my family and I loved our weekend away.

Wonderful weekend family getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at Anne and Alan's home. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 10. The park and beach is just across the road where we enjoyed our morning walks. Our kids loved the pool and had a memorable time. Highly recommended!!

We had the most amazing stay. You won’t be disappointed here! Beautifully presented home, all the extra touches by Alan and Annie made a huge difference and made the stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The thoughtful gift for my mums bday and gift for the girls was so kind and special. Lovely quiet location across from the park and beach. Heaps of internal space, so perfect for multiple families to share and also have their own privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Can’t wait to stay again!

Just WOW !!!

What an amazing 4 nights stay we had, this property has it all and then some! The best we have ever stayed at, it should be a flagship for all other Stayz properties to follow. The owners communication was fantastic from start to finish, we even received a text to make sure we had checked in ok and were happy with everything. The house is beyond spacious, it's immaculately clean with all the mod cons. Every age group is catered for in this property from the quiet balcony with a stunning view of the ocean to the games room with it's pool table, dartboard and supersized sofa. The pool is huge too. The kids loved the firepit and marshmallows kindly left by the owners and the adults indulged in their delicious gifts too. Comfort is key in this property from the huge sofas to the comforable beds and fluffy towels. The owners have gone above and beyond and have made this property a home away from home. We cannot wait to visit again in the summer months. Thank you for our fabulous stay!
