Unit 706 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2060 square feet unit on the 7th floor with 300 square feet of balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of Mexico.  Kitchen is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker. Master bedroom has a King size bed and an attached remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Third bedroom has one king size bed. The fourth bedroom has two Queen beds. 3rd and 4rth bedroom shares a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. Tile floor throughout the unit. Unit occupancy is 10 people.

Check in was so easy. The condo was perfect. We had no complaints. Girls trip with 10 of us. Great location. The condo was comfortable clean and literally perfect in every way.

The only thing the refrigerator needs updated, needs a new shower curtain liner with new rings and needs to have a broom to sweep up the sand. But those things didn’t keep us from having a great time.

In the past, we all could use the lobby bathroom. Several orther older ladies like myself were complaining about that.

I did not find the construction a distraction. I found the fact that the pool area, the walk way to the beach and the area where you wash the sand off, filthy. Even inside the gazebo was not washed off daily. It has never been like this in the past. I saw a couple of kids slip and fall running up from the beach because the carpet on the walk way to the beach was so dirty and it was raining. Our unit was not ready at check in time. When we were told it was ready, there was a guy in there mopping. The floor was soaking wet and we had to use towels to dry it off. The bottom of everyone's feet were black, that's how dirty the floor still was. The unit was great. It fit 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. Of course we will go back. I hope some of the issues will be addressed. We have always loved Coral Reef.

Thank you for replacing the washer and dryer! It made such a difference. The balcony furniture was so nice. We love the location of Coral reef and feel safe there Only thing I would suggest is the pools be vacuumed more often. Lot of hair etc were in them
