Enjoy the 55” flat screen smart television in living area and new 32” flat screen TVs in each bedroom, all with cable. Free Wi-Fi provided if you MUST stay connected to the outside world.
The Master bedroom features a private balcony, king bed, even an additional lounge chair for ultimate relaxation! Master bath has large tub/shower, great for soaking after a long day on the beach. Pack a big suitcase--- the walk in closet provides plenty of room!
The second bedroom features a queen bed complete with a futon sofa that offers a great opportunity to relax in the privacy of your own room while allowing for extra sleeping accommodations. A brand new ensuite bathroom has just been added!
The third bedroom offers two queen size beds and opend to the middle bathroom.
All bedrooms have brand new smart TVs.
Hall closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for family fun. Feel free to enjoy them, just make sure to put them back for the next guest !!!!
Sleep sofa in living area allows for up to 12 to sleep comfortably.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, crock pot, toaster, and coffee maker, even a kuerig! Dining room table seats up to 8 with extra seating at bar area.
Key pad entry system means you don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only and you will have someone to personally check you in.
Our floorplan allows you breathtaking, unobstructed views of the beach from the kitchen, dining area and living room. The large wrap around balcony can be accessed from any one of three sliding glass doors ! !!
This is ABSOLUTELY a non-smoking, no pets unit!
Pelican Walk Condominiums are highly desirable due to their location and size. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped, smaller sized, family friendly, and perfectly located in the quieter east end of Thomas Dr, close to everything, yet far enough away to offer a tranquil setting. Perfect for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road. There are less units therefore less people to share the beach, pools and elevators with. The complex has two large exterior swimming pools (one heated seasonally), an indoor hot tub and men’s and women's sauna. There are also tennis AND pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts and an indoor racquetball court. Free set of beach chairs with umbrella provided with your stay.
All guests must be 25 or over, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The parents of under the age of 25 guests must stay in our vacation home with the under age 25 guests. Any falsification of age will result in eviction and loss of rental fee.

We loved it! It had a fantastic view from the 7th floor, large balcony, plenty of space inside. Loads of towels, which was awesome. Short elevator ride down to the beach. Heated pool was fantastic for the kids.

What a great time!

My wife and I , our 6 year old daughter and our 14 year old nephew stayed for 4 days. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great. We really enjoyed it. Ms Kathy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Fireworks Bonanza!!

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed hanging out in the condo. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed being together as a family spending time we don’t often get. However, all the time we enjoyed paled against backdrop of night lit by thousands of impressive lights. Popping and crackling and booming all around. What a feast for our senses! Our heads were on a swivel! We didn’t know which way to look next! We agreed none of us had ever seen such an impressive light show. Plus we didn’t have to leave our condo! Great job, everyone! We will definitely be back next year.

Kathy is great to deal with. Very laid back atmosphere. Love the layout of condo. Beautiful views. Short walk to beach. Staff was very attentive. Super clean. Bedding could use an upgrade but was ok. We enjoyed our visit and would book again.

One of the best properties we have had in years

We stay at a rented beach property every year and this one was at the top of the list in terms of enjoyment. The location, view, and housing itself were all top notch. Little things like having a set of beach chairs/umbrella, and the left over beach toys in the closet are nice little touches. Having the pool and beach so close to the room is great (most of our condos/houses we are a block away from the beach but being on the beach is awesome)! And of course its close to tons of surrounding attractions/stores/restaurants. Just overall a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Condo and Outstanding views

This Condo is beautiful and you can not find a better view! Tastefully decorated and spacious. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. There are two chairs with an umbrella set up every day for you at the beach. On the 7th floor with an elevator, on the same side as the heated pool.

Overall good time

We had a few things that could have been a little better, air conditioning was to warm, the blinds didn't work so that could have contributed to that. Other than that, not a bad experience.

Fantastic Pelican Walk

The booking process was very straightforward and simple. When we got there, the check-in process was even more so. Spoke with Kathy via text a couple of times not over any problems just to let her know we were there and that sort of thing. She was always extremely friendly, extremely helpful. She was the kind of host you hope you get where they disappear when you get there unless you need them. She was that kind and it was great. The condo itself was awesome. Beautifully decorated and spacious. We had plenty of room for all the people staying there. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s right in the middle of restaurants tours rentals anything you wanna do. Parking is right there on the property and it is more than spacious enough to accommodate everyone staying there. Highly ,highly recommend staying in this condo!!!

Wedding/Family Vacation 2022

This is a great place to stay, plenty of room for multiple guests. Absolute awesome location literally steps from the white sand and waves. Oceanfront chairs with umbrella was a big plus for me and my Husband. Amenities were great and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing. We will defiantly be returning and staying in this great condo. Owner was wonderful to work with, changed dates for me when I first booked with them and we had a small hiccup with no water, I texted the owner and within ten minutes someone was at my door letting us know the city had to shut all water off for hundreds of people for about thirty minutes. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay!!!!!

Awesome Condo!!

We were very pleased with this condo. Plenty of space for our group! Beautiful beach views. The pool and beach were only a short elevator ride away. Check in process was the best and parking was so easy! This complex has a huge ground level parking lot with plenty of spaces always available. The condo was fully stocked with cookware. AC worked great!! I’m big on reading reviews before I stay anywhere and I have to say the recent reviews were spot on. This place was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at. Everything was so nice and relaxing. The ONLY thing I suggest is upgrading the couches in the living room. I still give this property 5 Stars though!!

Had a great time!

We were overall very pleased with our stay. The unit was much larger than it appeared in pictures and the balcony was perfect to enjoy with nice furniture too! Plenty of towels provided was a plus, kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. LOVED being on lower level and no elevator wait. Pools were small but never over crowded. Grounds were very clean. Neighbors from houses nearby would come to the pool but no wristbands are needed so it can’t be prevented. Only recommendation I’d give to owners is to get a new mattress in master off living room, it’s SUPER soft but also very hot! The tub/shower in that room could use a major remodel as it was clean but didn’t appear clean due to age and just not appealing. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful view!

This condo was perfect for our 12 people friends and kids getaway, and the view was amazing! One of our favorite things to do at the condo was relax on the large patio and enjoy the ocean breeze and view. There were several chairs that we could all hang out together. The beach was easily accessible, as well as parking. The beach toys, games and beach chairs were an added bonus. We left a couple things behind for others to enjoy as well! ;) The kitchen was big and stocked with appliances, pans, cups and utensils. The washer and dryer were huge too, which was nice. Kathy was also quick to get back to us on any questions or needs we had. I could go on and on... We would definitely recommend this condo, and would love to come back again one day. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall experience was good.

The master bedroom mattress was so very comfortable. I was amazed. Everything was clean. Loved the short distance to the beach. The pots/pans need to be updated. There was no pan to cook biscuits on for breakfast so we had to use a pizza pan, and the skillets/ fryers are very worn. I don't like to cook eggs and pieces of a fryer come off in them. Make sure to bring toilet paper with you because only 1 roll is in each bathroom and if you have multiple people plus children thats not nearly enough. Other than that we had a great time and everyone enjoyed theirselves. We would stay there again.

Awesome Family Trip!

Great place to stay! From the moment we arrived, till the very last, we had a great time. Kathy's place is stunning. The Gulf view from the large balcony is breathtaking. There were 6 of us. We slept on comfortable beds. The condo is spacious with more than enough space to spread out. The washing machine and dryer are large. The kitchen had all we needed. We notified Kathy when the kitchen sink faucet was leaking (just needs a quick fix). Kathy was available for any questions we had throughout the week. The bedrooms are spacious as well, the master bedroom has its own vanity and walk-in closet. The tub/shower could use an update. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. :-) The hallway bathroom with shower worked great. We like the standup shower only. The elevator is close to the condo which was a huge plus and we never had an issue with the wait time. The building itself is very well managed. Great pool (2) and perfect size right in front of the Gulf views. We always felt safe staying at Pelican Walk, it is close to everything needed (shopping, restaurants, and more). We would stay here again.

Great Labor Day Weekend

The rental process & check in could not be any easier and I have rented condos in PCB for 20 years. Kathy was easy to reach and contacted the right people immediately to fix a small problem we had. Living room and dining room furniture has had their shareofwaer and year but beds(all of them) were very comfortable, even the sofabed where my granddaughter slept. We had 8 adults and a 15 yr old (originally planned for 10 but at the last minute,2 couldn't go). Plenty of towels and linens for everyone. It's on the west end of the building on the 7th floor, very close to the elevator and the elevator was fast. Also it was an easy access to the pool and beach and came with a complementary set of beach chairs, always an added plus. Plenty of cooking utensils and large sized pots and skillets for the number of people we had and we cooked almost every meal to avoid the restaurants.Love the balcony and the furniture out there, 3 doors to the balcony and the master bedroom has it's own small balcony that faces street side. The keypad entry makes easy access for everyone. Nice pantry and closets for storage. The only thing negative I could say would be the TV set up, was Netflix only for us, no Foxx TV, no local stations but for the weekend it was not really a problem. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks Kathy for sharing it with me and my family.

Great Ocean View

This rental has a great ocean view and is in a good location. My only complaint is that it wasn’t cleaned well. There were dirty dishes in cabinet, and the floors make your feet and socks dirty. Great vacation place! I would rent again for the view alone.

Why they chose this property

We grew up vacationing in the Panama City area our entire life. When we decided to buy, there were several things I wanted: GREAT beach front views, convenient to our favorite restaurants, grocery stores, etc but didn't want to deal with the congestion and traffic, overcrowded pools and across the street parking that comes with some of the other massive condo complexes. Waiting for elevators with armloads of groceries or beach stuff is frustrating to me! I LOVED the floor plan that is uniquely NOT a box and allows the gorgeous beachfront view from the entire living area!
You can be in and out in a flash. Middle Beach and Back Beach Road are close,making it easy to reach the Pier Park area for shopping without the congestion.
Pelican walk has only ten floors and has been well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. I'm showing our age when I say we were happy to see the racquetball courts. We played a lot when we first started dating and look forward to picking up our racquets again!
