Why they chose this property

Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores is a Riverside neighborhood in the North end of Narragansett. You can walk to Narrow River where there is a beach area to swim, sunbathe or take out a Kayak. A Kayak is included and stored on a rack by the river. The beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk from the house. One parking pass is included if you choose to drive.

What makes this property unique

Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores is one mile from The Walgreens, Coffee Connection, Dunkin' Donuts and Roch's which is a family owned Gourmet market. Brickley's famous homemade Ice Cream shop and Fuel Coffee Shop are 2 miles away in Bonnet Shores. Narrow River is 1/2 mile walk but you can drive and park with the pass that is included. Narragansett Town Beach is 5 miles away, a 10 minute drive. Easy highway access to Jamestown and Newport.
