Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Upon check-out. Please load and start the dishwasher. Also please place trash in trash bags, and then place them in the brown trash bin on the front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest will incur a $200 smoking fee if they smoke in the home.
Guest must load and start the dishwasher prior to checking out.
Trash must be placed in trash bags and put in the brown trash bin on the front porch daily by 9:30 AM.
