Very competitively priced for a home of this standard Wookiee's Hideout offers fantastic value for money, with a beautifully furnished home in a very tranquil setting. A 4 bedroom single storey home with 3 full bathrooms, this villa sleeps 8 people comfortably and we do restrict occupancy to that number to preserve the integrity of the home.

Wookiee's Hideout is located about seven miles from Walt Disney World, in an exclusive, gated community called Cumbrian Lakes, which features some of the most picturesque scenery of any community in the area. With more than 1,900 square feet of comfortable living space, your family will have plenty of room to relax too. You will be able to enjoy the King size master bedroom suite which boasts en suite facilities, and the formal living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen, and a family room that includes a very large 65 inch flat screen TV.

Your vacation getaway is enhanced with a very impressive sports themed games room and a private pool and spa, tucked away in a quiet area with no rear view neighbors to spoil your peace and quiet. The tranquility that Wookiee's Hideout offers is a major plus for any family vacation, but it is by no means the only thing we recommend about this wonderful home. In fact, the list is almost endless.

Cumbrian Lakes, a well established community on the East side of Walt Disney World, has been a popular spot for tourists of all kinds for many years, as it caters for just about everybody. It has some quite stunning scenery, is superbly located just 15 minutes or so from Disney World, and has a children's play area, and football pitch too!

The ever popular US-192, boasting an array of shops, restaurants and local attractions such as Old Town, is just a five minute drive away. From there you can easily access Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, as well as visit the town of Celebration and all the other attractions along US-192 and International Drive.

Given all that, the location of Cumbrian Lakes is clearly a major plus, but it is the home itself which is the main attraction here and it’s easy to see why. Wookiee's Hideout enjoys a great location within this gated community, and is both impressive to look at and immaculately maintained. You get the feel of peace and tranquility just driving through the gates and the home itself is very welcoming too, offering a spacious feel as you enter through the front door.

The first thing that hits you is the impressive size of the home, with the main sitting are straight ahead, just emphasizing the space that the home provides for all the family. Complete with a 65 inch TV,  perfect for watching that family movie together, the space is complemented by the dining area with seating for six next to that, and beyond that the kitchen and breakfast bar, with the impressive pool and spa in the distance.

The main living area has ample seating for all the family, and is an ideal place to sit back and relax. With Disney+ offered free of charge, there will be no shortage of things for the entire family to watch. 

*Note too that high speed wireless internet is also provided free of charge to all Evergreen guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, and a host of hand held appliances. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided for you, as are all linens and towels.

The King master bedroom is located next to this space,  with no stairs to climb to access any of the other rooms, a welcome bonus for those who may have mobility issues.  Those other bedrooms consist of a Queen room and 2 twin rooms, all decorated in neutral colors, showcasing pastel shades to aid that feeling of calm and peace.

The very spacious master bathroom is particularly luxurious with a Roman tub and separate shower, while the other bedrooms are serviced by 2 other full bathrooms.

An added bonus, particularly for Star Wars fans is the Wookiee themed twin bedroom featuring Chewbacca himself welcoming you inside. It is a novel addition to an already impressive house, and one which we feel sure that Star Wars fans of all ages will appreciate. Incidentally, all the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs too.

Wookiee's Hideout has a full size washer and dryer, and a very nice games room in the garage, featuring a sporting theme and a full size pool table. (Note: We do prefer that adults supervise here, especially if children are playing alone). This games room is sure to be popular with all members of the family, but there is one more impressive amenity for guests to enjoy.

Of course, the main feature of most vacation homes is the swimming pool, and this home does not disappoint. The pool area itself is oversized which makes for plenty of room for family BBQs or nights relaxing with a glass of wine. The hot tub is a welcome addition and certain to be popular, as is the setting, which has a tranquil conservation view with no neighbors to the rear. 

*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub. Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start.

As if all that isn't enough there is the community itself, which is home to several lakes, hence the name, and some really impressive walking trails where you can enjoy the sights, or just lose yourself in the peace and quiet. It really is a beautiful place to be, and shows just why Cumbrian Lakes has become one of the most popular communities in the Kissimmee area.

Cumbrian Lakes

Cumbrian Lakes is a relatively small, peaceful gated subdivision in Kissimmee, close to Disney World with a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas, most with their own pool and spa. Many of the villas also have a games room and south or west-facing pool.

Walt Disney World is just 18 minutes away, while Universal Studios and SeaWorld are 30-35 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance at nearby US-192. Villas in Cumbrian Lakes have access to many walking trails, as well as common amenities such as a play area and soccer pitch.

Historic Downtown Kissimmee is about a 15 minute drive away and features many shops and restaurants, while the Disney town of Celebration is the same distance away and is another popular tourist destination in easy reach.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
