We had a great stay! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being a great place to relax. It was the perfect setup for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out comfortably. The host was very responsive, making communication easy and ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group!

End of Summer

This beach house is terrific! The house was beautiful and spacious for our family. The beach was just a convenient short walk. A visit to “The Big Store” for whatever you need is less than 5 minutes away. Next time we plan a visit to the beach, we will be looking for this house. The furnished amenities made our stay at Salty & Sweet very enjoyable: • TVs in every bedroom • The kitchen dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and other essentials • Towels, both beach and bath for each of us • Outdoor shower to clean off from the beach before entering the house • Hair dryers in each bathroom • Extra blankets • Extra garbage bags • A power strip

Great location for Beach Vacation

Sweet and Salty was great for our beach trip. We had 6 adults and 6 children, all under 8 yo. We could walk to the beach quickly, with easy access via a walk as well as vehicle access the next street over. The house was great for entertaining, quiet at night and good fridge and pantry storage. Highly recommend

Perfect in Every Way!

I couldn't have asked for a better house and location. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. Perfect for my huge rottweiler. We all loved it. Everything regarding checking in and out was super smooth.

Perfect Weekend

The house is beautiful and so very clean, exactly as advertised. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and well-done. The ocean view is beautiful as well, and we enjoyed the convenient beach access. We appreciate the detailed info we were given regarding the rental. It was also nice that we received a text after our first night to make sure the accommodations were as expected and to ask if we needed anything. We would absolutely rent this house again! Thank you!

Tranquility. Beautiful house with a great view.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and decorated so cute. We had enough room for a family of 12. The master was absolutely gorgeous with a huge tub. My kids loved the bunked room. Plenty cookware. And also had tons of beach towels. We spent alot of time on the porch. It had a beautiful view. The only flaw we had was no actual beach access, we could walk over the dunes but had to drive the car/golfcart around the block. The house would use a Fan in the bunkroom just for air flow.

This was a last minute trip for a family of 7, more than enough room for all with extra beds to spear. Extremely family friendly, booking made easy and helpful and very responsive through a booking agency. The view is absolutely beautiful from the porch and a short walk to the beach was made easy for three kids under 8 that were ready for ocean time any time. The house had everything you need and expect to be able to cook, entertain, and provide washer and dryer. This Colorado family is excited to visit again.

Exceeded our expectations!

The house exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, well stocked with utensils and towels, and amazing views of the beach. The pathway was a short 60 seconds to the beach and was just what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed being so close to the water. The home was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils needled to cook our meals. We loved the spacious and open kitchen/living room. The only negative was the ring camera located on the 2nd level that was on the entire time we were there. I felt it was a breach of privacy and at any given moment they could listen and watch us at their discretion without us even knowing. Other than that our trip and the home was perfect. The view of the beach was amazing. Thank you for having us.

Sweet Definitely Not Salty

My family had a small family gathering for my mother-in-laws birthday over the weekend. House was very clean and instructions for check in and check out were easy to understand. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Property Manager even texted me throughout the weekend to see how we were doing. Definitely would stay again.

Great house. It was in walking distance to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house except.

We had 6 adults, twins (9months), a 2-year old, and a 6 year old. We didn’t have time to stop till the kids went to bed at 8pm. Great trip.
