This house is beyond beautiful! It was just me and my little family having a small get away from home to enjoy some relax time and the house provided all that and more! This house was perfect for our women's retreat! 12 ladies stayed here comfortably. We loved the layout of the house, the games and activities, the hot tub, and especially being just steps away from the beach! The porch was perfect for watching the sunrise, and the whole setting was so very peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

I reserved this beach house because it had an elevator due to my sister’s mobility problem— prior to our arrival I called and checked on two things— if the grill was operational and if the elevator was operational— both answeres were YES!Well, when we arrived the Elevator was not working leaving us to wait until my nephew could drive in and help us unload—I called the company— they sent their maintenance people to come out and check the elevator-apparently this is not the first time that this elevator has not been working. It was fixed for one up and down, and then it quit. The company assured me that there was a specialist, elevator person coming out to check it on Wednesday that left us 2 1/2 days without the elevator I expected some kind of compensation monetarily, but nothing thus for has happened. They have not reached out to compensate

Perfect in every way

We have stayed at many places all over Crystal Beach. This one by far is my favorite. Perfectly clean, beautiful view and an inviting deck and down stairs area. We will be staying again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of space. Having the pool there was a blessing. We all loved that. If there was anything we could say that we wished would have been different, would be we wished the yard had been mowed but other than that it was wonderful.

Loved this house. Perfect to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee on the porch with nothing in front of you except the beach and ocean. This house was perfect for our family and our kiddos. They loved the bunk bed room with the arcade game. The elevator was super helpful for grandparents and bringing up bags and other things. Will definitely book again in the near future. Very clean and well kept.

Amazing getaway by the sea

This was a small getaway that was well needed for myself and decided to invite the family along. The place was absolutely perfect, beautiful, clean, well stocked, and right in front of the water. The hosts answered quickly to any questions we had. The only problem were the mosquitos, but they have no control over that. So pre-warning bring lots of bug spray. I and my family absolutely loved this place and were already talking about when we can plan our next stay before we even left.

We had a fantastic trip and the house itself was honestly way better than even expected from the listing. I think the listing sells itself short a little on how stocked the kitchen is and the amount of family activities they have for you. While it is true the kitchen doesn't have any spices/oils/sprays etc. there is almost anything you can think for cookware! We cooked almost every meal at the house and easily found everything we needed. The games - oh my gosh there were so many!!!! We had 4 kids ages 3-7 and they had an absolute BLAST with all the board games (games for older kids and adults too), so many puzzles, and a star gazing telescope -- I didn't get this from the listing, so the amount of things to do at the house far exceeded my expectations. House was even more spacious than it looks in the pics and amazingly clean. It's also a little hard to tell from the pictures, but the view of the ocean from the house is so beautiful -- we got up to watch the sunrise a couple of mornings and it was truly breathtaking. A couple of things to remember to bring that weren't supplied (though I'm sure you could by them at the Big Store): - Coffee (keurig or regular)- Beach towels (a couple of small ones, but you'll need more)- Beach Chairs (I was a little surprised the house didn't have these bc most other listings I saw supplied beach stuff) - Extra paper towels and dishwasher pods- Fire wood for the fire pitWould definitely book again!

The views from this property are absolutely beautiful and were by far the best part of our stay. The deck areas are spacious and offer a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not match the listing photos or the expectations that come with a 5,000 vacation rental. Upon arrival, the home was not fully cleaned. There were bird droppings all over the outdoor furniture and decks, and the cushions were extremely dirty. We ended up having to hose down both the upstairs and downstairs deck areas ourselves before we could use them. Additional items outside on the deck were also not cleaned. Additionally, the elevator was not working during our stay, which meant carrying luggage, groceries, and supplies up three flights of stairs. This was very difficult as I have lower back issues. Both the upstairs and downstairs exterior lighting also did not work properly, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces after dark.While the views are stunning, we felt misled by the condition portrayed in the photos. For the price paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained property with all advertised amenities functioning properly. Sadly, that was not our experience.
