Visiting college daughter

Short trip to catch a football game and visit with our daughter. Didn’t spend a ton of time at the unit, but the time we spent was great! Has all the amenities you need and very clean. Nice coffee shop within walking distance too. Would definitely visit again!

Great location!

Place was very cute and clean. The only thing was it was close to 110 degrees real feel and the air wouldnt lower to below 76-78 degrees. Also couldnt use fan in main bedroom because of how loose it was. Other than that, it was great.

Gina, Thank you for your nice review. Sorry we fell short of our expectations, we strive for 5 star service. I do wish you would have notified us about the AC issue and ceiling fan issue. You contacted us on two separate occasions and did not mention either. We would have been happy to help resolve the issues. We do have regular HVAC maintenance and there are no reported issues. We do realize with an older home, many homes actually, it does have trouble staying cool when the heat index is 110. It regularly stays between 70-72 when over 100 degrees. However, when you go in and out of the home frequently to smoke, it will be more difficult to keep up. There was also a floor fan in the home to help. We have a handyman scheduled to fix the ceiling fan or install a new one. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and intend to remedy them. Thanks again!
