Ann's Retreat was perfect for our girls' weekend. It was in such a beautiful and peaceful location and close to everything! The house had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. The host responded promptly to all questions and even gave great recommendations for local places to eat. I would stay here again!

Quiet location close to back 40 trails. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood. Only 10 mins from Bentonville.

This is a nice house. A little dated. But, just fine. Have to say my group was pretty disappointed with how close the gazebo(very nice) and fire pit(not much to speak of) were to a main street/thorough fare. Lights and traffic noise constantIy in your eyes and ears. Pretty much all night. In turn, not the typical quiet locations we have stayed at in previously years in BV. Probably one of the biggest disappointments is someone had not cleaned the main toilet from previous guests. There was days old poop and toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. In addition, you had to hold the handle to make the same toilet completely flush. As well as ZERO toiletries for guests. Never seen that with other VRBOs. All in all. None of this "ruined" our stay. Just little annoyances one would rather not deal with on a peaceful retreat to BV area.

The house was so cute. Neighborhood was quiet, we even had some deer in the backyard. We would stay there again.

Family holiday

Very cute home. Beds a bit uncomfortable. But overall, nice experience. Owners please fix the freezer, niose from fan was very loud.
