About this space
Welcome to this spacious, pet-friendly home with a relaxing backyard oasis. Designed for families who need month and longer stays during insurance claims (water, fire, hail damage) or job relocation. Central location in West Plano in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Quick access to North Dallas Tollway for work & airport trips. Local roads provide easy drive to schools (Plano West HS, TCA, PCA), shopping (Kroger, HEB, Shops at Legacy); and hiking & walking (Arbor Hills nature preserve).
The space
Open, Well-Appointed Kitchen:
The bright and open kitchen flows to the comfortable living area providing ample space for your family to gather. The kitchen has all appliances included (new SS French door fridge) and an abundant set of kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls etc) is provided for cooking and baking.

Family-Friendly, 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a king bed and a large ensuite with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king bed with ensuite; the second has a Queen bed with shared jack & jill bathroom; and 4th is set up as an office with a day bed. Two sets of linens for each bed and plenty of towels are provided and included.

Modern Washer & Dryer
A new LG top-load washer and dryer were installed in April 2023. Large capacity to provide plenty of cleaning ability for your active family.

Relaxing Backyard Oasis with Pool and SPA:
The backyard is one to enjoy! Pool, spa and relaxing fountain. Outdoor grill and patio under a covered pergola. And in the evening turn on the pool mood lights to let the stress of the day linger away.

Pets Welcome:
Fenced backyard and grass area for pets. Dogs welcome with additional pet fee - please inquire prior to booking to determine acceptability and fee.

Cleaning:

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the garage door opener on the counter and Ensure garage is closed and exit via front door, locking door on way out.
Leave house in similar clean state as when arrived Take garbage out to the large trash can outside the garage Strip linens off beds used and leave at foot of bed Place dirty towels in laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are welcome but we will need additional info on them . There is an additional one time non-refundable pet fee of $250/- ..
