A quiet quant little place on the canal! Everything was so clean and the owner was very attentive to every question we had. We arrived at 3 and the only thing I wasn’t aware of was that check in was at 4 and the website said 3. Other than that it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again

The fan in the master didn't work... or maybe I just didn't know HOW to work it, but the property was great and we had a wonderful time. No issues and it was quiet and lovely

Decent trailer house with neat backyard.

As the title says. Its a double wide modular home. Has a cockroach problem but has a few less since my group left. Owner was quick to respond and i wish i didnt need to contact them as much as i did. House was good for what we needed. Place to sleep and make food in-between 12 hour shifts.

The house has no cockroach (Problem) . It is on the water and has plenty of trees, and is in Louisiana. So yes, bugs will get in from time to time, especially in cold weather. Hopefully my photos show exactly what this house is. Yes a mobile home. Which is very nicely appointed. I don't see the point in posted g about a roach problem. I had my pest control person go over the same day , when the guest complained about bugs which he believed to be bed bugs! And no they were just some seasonal bugs in the house. Being from up north they must not have pest.

This was a great weekend getaway for three couples from three different states who came together to enjoy our weekend of LSU football. This place was very comfortable for all of our guest and had everything we needed for the great weekend! Highly recommend would stay again!
