This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for large families, multiple couples, or group vacations by the sea. With over 1,400 square feet of living space, Pearl Wave Residence offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and make unforgettable beach memories.

The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and framed by breathtaking Gulf views, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning, enjoying family meals, or winding down after a day at the beach, this beachfront retreat offers the perfect backdrop for your stay.

The spacious sleeping arrangements include:

The property was excellent. Mirrors in bathrooms are too low for anyone over 5’ 8” but there are others. The management team at the galvestonian however was somewhat lacking. They did not enforce their own rules (Kids in the hot tub after hours even after being informed),Broken umbrellas on the picnic tables and barbecue pit grates so rusty they’re unusable. If you happen to have an EV and would like to charge it at the property they’re ’Charger’ consists of one 110v outlet in the lower garage. Luckily there are Tesla superchargers in Galveston. The views from this properties balconies were stunning.

Beautiful unit

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have been coming for years to the Galvestonian and now we have an annual trip with our three young grandchildren each spring. The property is very security conscious and grounds are immaculate clean! The pool and hot tub are sparkling and always well maintained. The staff are very polite and professional. I love that fresh beach and pool towels are provided whenever needed. The secluded beaches are also easy to access with steps or a ramp. The provided wagons are wonderful to haul beach toys and kids to and from the beach. There’s a contact (Robbie) that you can make reservations for umbrellas and chairs set up (cost extra but worth it!). The Galvestonian residents are also welcoming and friendly. We’ve never used the provided grills and picnic area but may one day! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Truly a gem along the coast.

It is always a pleasurable stay, the condo is always clean and well stocked for our stay. its location right on the beach is excellent for drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony or buy the pool or by the hot tub. The staff is always polite and very helpful with any issues that might occur which is very rare! I highy recommend this property for you r stay in Galveston already looking forward to next year!!

I was very happy with Unit 615. It was very spacious, clean and very comfortable for all of our guests. The pool was nice and an easy walk to the beach. I would stay here again if I needed a 3 bedroom unit.
