Consistently excellent stays! We have what you need for a great stay, in a safe, clean environment. Family owned and operated for 10 years.

Family-friendly 6th-floor beachfront condo with two private balconies and a private walkover to the exclusive beach — no Seawall Blvd crossing. Sleeps 6 (king in master; double + twin bunk + twin trundle in guest; queen sleeper sofa). Resort-style comforts include a heated pool, new pickleball court and half‑court basketball, bocce ball, fire pit, 24‑hour staffed lobby, beach chairs/toys and towels, free Wi‑Fi, HD cable/TVs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and Keurig (starter pods provided). Pleasure Pier, The Strand, Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are minutes away.

Safe, easy beach days: NEW private walkover to an exclusive beach (no crossing busy Seawall Blvd) and no driving on the sand — perfect for supervising little ones.

Stress-free arrivals & help on site: 24‑hour staffed lobby, ice machine and vending; pool and resort amenities are available to registered guests.

Sleep & nap-ready: master has a king with gulf views; guest bedroom has a double + twin bunk and a twin trundle; blackout shades and a night light help toddlers nap. Infant pack‑and‑play, linens and towels provided.

Make meals & clean up easily: fully furnished efficient kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, convection oven/microwave combo, refrigerator, detached pantry and Keurig with starter pods; card/app laundry room off the lobby.

Built for family fun (and downtime): heated swimming pool, pickleball, half‑court basketball, tennis, outdoor shower, picnic tables and gas/charcoal grills; in-unit entertainment includes free upgraded Wi‑Fi, HD cable, TVs in every room, Nintendo Classic, Netflix, DVDs and board games.

The property was just as describe. We had a great weekend and will book it again. It is plenty big for 4 adults. The view is amazing and it’s just a short walk across the dunes and you are on the beach.

Excellent stay! It was exactly what we needed for our family of 3. The host was amazing, and every single detail was carefully thought out. We loved having direct access to the beach with zero crowds, and the pool was fantastic! We can’t wait to book again next summer. Highly recommended!

Great property and location!

Location is perfect with great views from both balconies! The condo is very clean and well stocked with plenty of beach gear. Excellent communication with host and simple check in process. We will absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was extremely easy to communicate with during our time, and the property had everything we could possibly need. My kids really enjoyed the games and old school Nintendo along with the fun bunk room. The location is perfect too. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect spot with a full ocean balcony view from the living room and bedroom! Would definitely stay here again! The property itself is amazing and the host made sure that we had everything that we needed upon arrival and during the stay!

My husband and I two children and love coming to the beach to get away from our hectic day-to-day and focus on family time.

I grew up going to Galveston and Surfside every summer as a child, and wanted to do the same with our children. When we started looking at properties, we LOVED this one because of the direct beach access and quietness of the area. It immediately felt homey and was only an hour from Houston.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We really love the DIRECT BEACH ACCESS and the fact that there's no driving on the beach because it lets us enjoy the whole beach with the kids...not having to worry about crossing Seawall Blvd. and people driving next to the sandcastles allows us all to de-stress.

Also, there's nothing quite like waking up in the master bedroom and it's like you're on the beach already. The waves and the breeze across the dune grass is hypnotic - it's easy to leave busy city life behind here.
