I would not stay here again
The only reason I'm giving them some stars is the Frozen Room and Game Room are as you see in the picture. The code did not work upon checking in and took too long to fix. The upstairs movie room and attached bathroom has problem with the breaker and electric. The dishwasher has mold and smells. The property management company almost seems like its run by some AI bot because they have no real authority to send someone out to fix things (kept on saying they have to ask someone else) and it takes WAY too long to get them to respond. It took 4 days for them to finally give me the code to the locked closet where the breaker box is to fix the movie room and attached upstairs bathroom. The guy they eventually sent out on the dishwasher was rude to my wife and tried to gaslight me into believing there was not mold. I pulled out my camera and recorded it and then he changed his tune. He then proceeded to take a bunch of dishwasher liquid, spray it in the dishwasher, and attempt to fix it. This did not work and was mind boggling. Ice maker is also deficient. It appears they bought a nice house and then attempted to outfit it as cheap as possible. Pictures don't show the wear and tear. The neighborhood and pools that are available are nice. Just not the house in my opinion. And in full candor I don't believe I've ever given another VRBO anything other than a five star rating across the board.
