CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
- Swing stages have been installed on the rear of the building to access areas of balcony spalling on stacks 04, 05, 09. The pool will remain closed until April 10th. Dates subject to change.
San Carlos 303 is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a stunning Gulf-front view from the 3rd floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring extends throughout the entire unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen features everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and four barstools provide additional seating at the counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a large jetted tub.
• The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed as well.
• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

The condo was nice don't get me wrong. The stress coming back after the wharf to no power and then the communication between 1:30am and 8:00am was all stress on me. I love the shores but this did make me lose some great time and relaxation for sure. Matt was great too he fixed it so we can have power and heat our last night but to be honest we didn't end up doing anything as we didn't sleep much the night prior.

This was a perfect place, with access within walking distance of lots of options for restaurants, etc.The view was great, and the property managers were available through texts, which was convenient. I highly recommend.

Loved it!
This was the perfect location! I loved waking up every morning to sit in the balcony and listen to the ocean!
This place was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great! The beach to either side of the condominium was really crowded, but the area in front of the building was quiet and we had plenty of space!
We had a wonderful stay at San Carlos! The unit was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing oceanfront escape!
We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and in walking distance to everything. I will book again in the future.

We went to Gulf Shores for a family event. The condo was clean, the listing was accurate and it was a convenient walk to restaurants and the main beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, we loved everything about this condo-great ocean views, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen.

Location was clean easy to check in and had good views. Beach access was easy. Driving access to restaurants was easy. Overall would definitely stay again.
Overall we love the place. Clean unit and facilities. Staff super nice. Only complaint was the pillows on the beds can not use them to sleep on. Way to thick
