Here is a beautiful Pool home in Cape Coral. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and lots of sunlight that pours in. The great room overlooks the screened lanai that has a beautiful pool and spa to entertain around. Palm trees are part of the landscape in this backyard. Ceramic tile floors and solid wood cabinets in the kitchen, granite counters that will make anyone one happy to be in the kitchen! The master bath has dual sinks and separate shower with a large garden tub to soak in. Don't wait on this property, this is one that will go fast! Please note that if you would like the pool to be heated for your stay there will be an additional fee of 25.00 per day.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The owners were so nice, and very responsive! We felt safe and had no concerns at all! Pool and hot tub were great! We will absolutely stay here again!

Our month longstay was awesome. The pool deck was great. Ive stayed where it can sometimes be cramped on the pool deck with six people, this was not.Our pup enjoyed chasing the birds outside the lanai. Very quiet neighborhood, sometimes wondered if anyone else lived in the area. 5-stars, would definitely return.

Nice house with a swimming pool

I rented this house for my business trip to this part of Florida. The location was perfect for me and I enjoyed the pool every evening after work. The owners live just a few blocks away. They were exceptionally nice and accommodating
