The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the living areas are equipped with tiled floors. The bedrooms all have laminate floors. In the living area there is a large TV with HD TV, DVD player and WiFi is freely available throughout the property. The outdoor area has an approximately 160 square meter terrace with a large pool heated by a heat pump and a fountain. The outside area is secured with a fly screen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee machine and various electrical appliances, all the dishes and everything you need to know about kitchen utensils is available.
A washing machine and dryer are also in the house.
The house has enough bed linen and towels for every guest.
The maximum occupancy for the house is 6 people.
The house is located in a quiet but central side street. It is only a few minutes' drive to the beach and the nearest supermarket can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

Great VRBO

The property manager had great communication with us, she even stopped by to introduce herself and said to call if we had any issues. The property was clean, had added wall AC units which were helpful in the FL heat. Pool was fantastic with good loungers. The price was good as well.

Great house with an amazing outdoor space. House has 2 king and one queen bedroom, no twin bedroom as stated in the listing. Place was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

First annual visit

Everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was very private, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc. The pool was well maintained, heated to perfection and there were ample floats, toys, etc. Check in and communication were great as well. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a return next year.

Beautiful home

Property manager met us the first day. She was extremely nice. The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Beautiful. We had a great time. If we ever come back to vacation at this location, I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, nice location and pool

We had a nice stay. The only negatives we had were that we originally had 4 people and we only ended up with just my husband and I. There were only three rolls of toilet paper that weren't all full rolls and there were only 3 trash bags for the entire week. If there would've been 4 of us, that wouldn't have been enough. The cement pad surrounding the pool also needs to be power washed/scrubbed down. I took about 5 steps out there with bare feet and the bottom of my feet were black from all the dirt. The pool itself was nice along with the patio table and the grill. The bedrooms were all a decent size and the mattress we slept on was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare food. Overall, we would stay here again.

When we arrived in Florida around 8:30 pm we tried to contact the host. There was no answer to our electronic communications. We then tried calling and got a German speaking person on an answering maching. We contacted VRBO around 10pm and were told that they would try to contact the host and "we should wait for about an hour". Around 11pm VRBO called and said that they couldn't contact the host either. VRBO told us to cancel the stay and to find a new host. At 11pm we had to find a new host.

Wir konnten den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genießen. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht um dort tolle Tage zu verbringen. Noch dazu eine sehr nette und kompetente deutsche Hausverwalterin, die immer ansprechbar war.

Perfect quiet getaway

Me and my family chose this getaway to stay for a week. The pool was our personal favorite and also the smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Least favorite would have to be the AC situation. We had to leave it at a certain temp per request and it just kept me & my family very hot. Other than that we managed and had a great time on our little getaway in Florida.

Best vacation rental

this vacation rental was very clean. it had all the amenities that were listed on the site. I highly recommend staying here our family had a blast swimming in the pool , and it was also not that long of a drive to the beach. I would definitely book this vacation rental again next year.

Short vacation

This place is as advertised.....the outdoor space was wonderful. The pool is very spacious. The master bedroom is also spacious. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect vacation house for my trip to Cape Coral!

I wanted to find a vacation rental home in Cape Coral that was close to where my family lives near the Yacht Club, and this house was perfectly situated and perfectly appointed! Ralf the owner was very responsive and the couple managing the house locally are absolutely wonderful. The pictures really showcase the house nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay between the heated pool and patio, the reclining sofa and large screen TV in the living room, and the comfortable bed in the master bedroom, also appointed with a large mounted TV. One nice surprise was that in addition to central A/C, each room is equipped with a sleek wall mounted A/C unit with remote control, so you can keep the house at say 78 degrees and the bedroom a bit cooler at 76. There are also two ceiling fans in the living/dining area and one in the master bedroom. Even though it was typically hot and sunny in Cape Coral the house was always super pleasant to relax in. I also really enjoyed the larger shower in the main bathroom with lot's of heat and water pressure and an oversized square rain shower fixture overhead. And kitchen is great too, stocked with everything you could ask for aside from food and drinks - which were super easy to stock up on at the Publix that is literally 2 minutes away from the house. I can't say enough good things about the house, the owner and the managers. I feel like I really lucked out on the perfect place for my trip and very much look forward to staying there again the next time I travel to Cape Coral!
