La maison comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, les pièces à vivre sont équipées de carrelage. Les chambres ont toutes un sol stratifié. Dans le salon, il y a une grande télévision avec TV HD, lecteur DVD et WiFi est disponible gratuitement dans tout l'établissement. L'espace extérieur dispose d'une terrasse d'environ 160 m² avec une grande piscine chauffée par une pompe à chaleur et une fontaine. L'espace extérieur est sécurisé par un moustiquaire. La cuisine a un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, machine à café et divers appareils électriques, toute la vaisselle et tout ce que vous devez savoir sur les ustensiles de cuisine est disponible.
Une machine à laver et sèche-linge sont également dans la maison.
La maison a suffisamment de draps et de serviettes pour chaque invité.
L'occupation maximale pour la maison est de 6 personnes.
La maison est située dans une rue calme mais centrale. Il se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de route de la plage et le supermarché le plus proche est accessible en quelques minutes à pied.

Great VRBO

The property manager had great communication with us, she even stopped by to introduce herself and said to call if we had any issues. The property was clean, had added wall AC units which were helpful in the FL heat. Pool was fantastic with good loungers. The price was good as well.

Outdoor oasis

Great house with an amazing outdoor space. House has 2 king and one queen bedroom, no twin bedroom as stated in the listing. Place was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

First annual visit

Everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was very private, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc. The pool was well maintained, heated to perfection and there were ample floats, toys, etc. Check in and communication were great as well. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a return next year.

Before our stay I messaged the owner to see if it was possible to move our stay one day. It took me repeatedly emailing him, 3 times, until I finally got a response from him. The house was nice as well as the pool area. Easy check-in. House was as described. There was a solar cover on the pool that was disintegrating and left plastic bubbles all over the water surface which we had to clean out every morning. I messaged the owner to let him know as we were concerned it would clog his filter and lead to a costly repair. He did not respond to us. We wanted to keep it off but since we were charged for the electricity we used, and the evenings were very cool our first week there, the pool heater would have to run to keep it warm and it would make our stay more costly. Finally we just left it off because it was a mess and let the heater run. The next door neighbors played super loud music until 2am a couple of nights and til midnight a couple times. We want people to have fun but that was ridiculous- the house wasn’t a rental so I assume that may not be an isolated situation. There was a cooler and beach umbrella/canopy but NO beach chairs or any floats or pool toys. We had to buy ours and did leave a couple things in the garage for the next guest. No books (except in German), DVDs, (the DVD remote had no batteries in it), or games or cards like most rentals we’ve used so bring your own.

Beautiful home

Property manager met us the first day. She was extremely nice. The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Beautiful. We had a great time. If we ever come back to vacation at this location, I would absolutely stay here again.

Unresponsive

When we arrived in Florida around 8:30 pm we tried to contact the host. There was no answer to our electronic communications. We then tried calling and got a German speaking person on an answering maching. We contacted VRBO around 10pm and were told that they would try to contact the host and "we should wait for about an hour". Around 11pm VRBO called and said that they couldn't contact the host either. VRBO told us to cancel the stay and to find a new host. At 11pm we had to find a new host.

Sorry for your experience. Our property management tried to inform you, about your arrival. But there was no response. Our standard is to forward the lockbox code three days before arrival. But when there is no response to text massages and calls. We don‘t forward the code.

Comfortable stay, nice location and pool

We had a nice stay. The only negatives we had were that we originally had 4 people and we only ended up with just my husband and I. There were only three rolls of toilet paper that weren't all full rolls and there were only 3 trash bags for the entire week. If there would've been 4 of us, that wouldn't have been enough. The cement pad surrounding the pool also needs to be power washed/scrubbed down. I took about 5 steps out there with bare feet and the bottom of my feet were black from all the dirt. The pool itself was nice along with the patio table and the grill. The bedrooms were all a decent size and the mattress we slept on was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare food. Overall, we would stay here again.

Have de paix à Cape Coral

Maison idéalement placé à Cape Coral avec tout ce qu’il faut à côté. Anja est accueillante, souriante et disponible n’hésitant pas à nous donner des informations sur quoi faire dans les environs ! Piscine agréable et maison d’une grande propreté ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Perfect quiet getaway

Me and my family chose this getaway to stay for a week. The pool was our personal favorite and also the smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Least favorite would have to be the AC situation. We had to leave it at a certain temp per request and it just kept me & my family very hot. Other than that we managed and had a great time on our little getaway in Florida.

Best vacation rental

this vacation rental was very clean. it had all the amenities that were listed on the site. I highly recommend staying here our family had a blast swimming in the pool , and it was also not that long of a drive to the beach. I would definitely book this vacation rental again next year.

Short vacation

This place is as advertised.....the outdoor space was wonderful. The pool is very spacious. The master bedroom is also spacious. I would definitely recommend this house.
