This lakefront vacation rental has all the essentials for a relaxing stay in Mooresville — perfect for a peaceful couple’s getaway! Sip your coffee on the private balcony, then head down to the shared boat dock for an afternoon on Lake Norman. There’s plenty to do for date night too! Grab dinner at one of the area’s lakefront restaurants, or take the 5-mile drive for a local brew at King Canary Brewery. If you want to keep it low-key, cozy up at the 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment for a movie night.

While a car is recommended for getting around, there are plenty of ride-share options available for exploring the area. Bring your boat and navigate the waters of Lake Norman for a truly memorable experience.

Please note there will be a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay (so we can pay our stellar cleaning staff to deep clean any pet hair or accidents that may happen, so it is spotless for our next guests)

Our Tranquil Lakefront Carriage House is a beautiful oasis for any traveler looking for a change of scenery and to be by the water.

Please note, this ADU sits above the garage attached to our Main Lakefront Retreat, which is occasionally rented out as well. With its own separate entrance and parking space, guests rarely ever notice others on the property, but you may see other cars in the driveway. It is up a flight of stairs as well, so please be aware if you are older or have older pets!

If you are hosting a large group and extra space is needed, check out our Spacious Lakefront Retreat, and reach out to our staff! We are happy to give deals if you would like to rent both units as well!

Wonderful stay in Mooresville!

This apartment above a garage was perfect for a week stay! Internet was super fast, which was perfect for being able to work while in town. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. 10/10 would stay again!

My stay was perfect. It was peaceful. I felt very comfortable. I stayed two nights for work purposes, and I felt like I was on a mini vacation it was so lovely. I am definitely going to use this family again, and they were so kind to me. I checked in late, like 11pm late, and they stayed up just to make sure I was okay and got in safely. Pure class act. The smell of the place was great. The bed was heaven. It was perfect.

Perfect little family getaway

This was the perfect place for a little getaway with the family. We also brought our 2 dogs. There was lots of space for them to run around. The place was very clean and neat. We loved sitting out on the docks and playing in the water.

Great stay

Very nice property. Kitchen is not designed well for cooking...very little cookware. Husband VERY upset that TV did not have national affiliated channels. Could not watch US Golf Open. :(
