About this property

IP417-3/BR 3/BA Beachfront condo w/beach service Mar-Oct. 2 King beds!!

The master bedroom boasts its own access to the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean. And with a spectacular 4th floor view, watch the sunset on the ocean from the balcony. It's beachfront, heated pool, hot tub and just a short walk to local restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf. Beach service is included so you don't have to haul chairs or an umbrella to and from the condo. ($50 value per day)
Our condo has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony with a direct view of the water. The guest bedroom has its own private bathroom while the "bunk" room has queen over queen beds and access to a bathroom. Island Princess underwent an 18 month, $3mm renovation that concluded in January 2024 and our condo was completely renovated in March of 2024.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We planned this trip as a mini belated honeymoon/birthday celebration for our 24 year old son. Chris and Ashley were very communicative and thought of every detail in their condo. It was PERFECT for what we wanted. We had the best time together and will definitely be back.

Amazing Vacation!!

We had the most amazing time! The check in process was so simple and the communication with the owner was great. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook some yummy meals! The new appliances were a plus as well. Beach access was close and easy. We really enjoyed not having to walk very far. BEST PART: having the beach setup (two chairs and umbrella) waiting for us every morning! We also used the chairs and wagon provided for extra seating which was a plus. Pool was clean and not too crowded. We will be booking again!

We are empty nesters from the Atlanta metro area. We have two daughters that are both planning weddings for 2025. We love spending long weekends relaxing at our beach condo with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Fort Walton beach has wide white sand beaches with clear emerald green water. Our condo is on Okaloosa island so there are no high rise condos on the beach. This keeps the crowds low. Plenty of space to set up your tent and chairs, play paddle ball and build sandcastles!
Fort Walton has plenty of great restaurants, fishing, an Aquarium and excursions to the famous Crab Island.

Completely renovated in 2024, our condo has all the comforts of home.
3 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms!! No need to share your bathroom with the kiddos!
Master-King, Guest room-Queen, Bunk room- Queen over Queen mattresses. Plus full sofa bed & Pack n Play.
